[Music] all right ladies and gentlemen welcome to the show today what I'm going to do is show you a side hustle that you can use with AI to start making money pretty much like today right so this is going to be a really good one this is very simple do not over complicate it uh this is something that works time and time again if you pay attention to what's going on now what we're going to do today is we're going to talk about a 80 plus billion doll industry that's right before we did this training I asked AI what this industry is worth and there's a lot of money here there is a huge amount of money and what we're going to do is talk about Google Maps talk about side hustles and how to use AI in a very strategic way to make tons of money because let's face it a lot of business owners and a lot of people trying to build online don't really know what they're doing and if you know just a little bit more than the average person out there you're going to be able to make a ton of money and this is exactly how I started my business years ago so I know it works like crazy now back when I started there wasn't AI making it super easy I had to learn this stuff on my own and figure out exactly what was going on and it was daunting it was difficult there was a lot of things that we had to do there was a lot of leg work we had to pay outsourcers we had to understand all kinds of different things now today it's super easy it actually blows me away how easy and simple this side hustle is so if you're excited type excited in the Box let me know because this is something that literally anyone can do you don't have to have an IQ of like a 100 60 you don't need to be the valid dictorian of your class all you need to do is pay attention and focus on some very simple things that can make lots of money now what we're going to do here is we are going to be taking a look at this report that I had created specifically for this webinar at the end of this training you will be able to get this once we upload it to my website over at download my notes.com we're going to have this for you it's going to go into detail in how this stuff works now if you've heard about local SEO agencies and things like that I want you to put everything that you know or think you know about this stuff out the window because this is different this is something super easy something anyone can do right it's not difficult literally anyone can do this and it's not difficult we're going to go over we're going to show you exactly how this works in a way that's going to make your head spin but first we need to pay close attention to exactly what is going on okay we need to pay attention to the fact that there are businesses paying money so let's first get the lay of the land and look at the facts what are the facts well the facts are there's like 125,000 companies servicing the SEO digital marketing industry the expected growth of the industry from 2020 to 2024 is 70740 million with a compound interest rate of 15% now we also see that the SEO industry is worth about 80 billion and some people say uh it is growing it was 72 billion in 2018 now with AI the landscape is changing okay this is an opportunity for people that are paying attention to make lots of money how many of you guys want to pay attention right I ain't going to ask you to pay anything except attention because this is something that you can do for free you don't got to pay me nothing you just focus and you make it work and if you're paying attention what we realize is that most people are looking at Ai and they're like hey I'm going to go over to the old chat GPT here and I am going to uh try to try to get an article written right and they'll go here and they'll be like hey you know what write an article about whatever and what they're going to see is that that's not the best use right that be like if you got a day to sit down with Bill Gates or whoever your favorite entrepreneur is and you were going to ask them what they like for dinner right that would be a a misuse of your time I'd be like hey buddy how do I program computers and make a business so I can be a billionaire too right that's what I'd want to do however so many people online are looking at AI as oh I'm going to make this cute little image and oh it's so fun that I can make this video that no one really wants to watch and I can make a thousand SEO articles and I hope I make money that is not what's going to work why because it's obvious it's simple and nobody gives a rip but there's something much more bigger going on here so what we're going to do is we are going to focus on AI strong points okay we're going to go out there and we're going to look at what AI does really well what AI does best okay what does it do best let's let's get some some people to to chime in here we know that it does analytics but ay we know that it does data sorting we know that it does critical thinking we also know that it does like mundane tasks right like okay do you want to write an article do you want to research things so we know that all these things are going on and that a does them really well we also know that it is fantastic at compiling data okay this is big because if we can compile data it's game over we win if we know how to compile it the right way and that's what we're going to talk about today is how to compile this in the right way for people that will pay you and if you want to go out there and you want to get big paydays of like a th000 2,000 $110,000 or more this is the ticket and it actually provides passive income as well because you can do this on a service basis now when we look at this we need to understand how's our quality is the quality of the uh stream doing okay I think we're okay it looks like it's like in 300 but hopefully it's it's doing better than that are we HD let me know if we're HD there I'm getting a little error here but let's take a look here see if it's HD recently you I can't tell here but it should be HD hopefully it's HD I don't know I got some little note here but hopefully it's going to be in HD if it is let me know okay so what we're going to do is we are going to look at that and we are going to take a look at where AI is going to do really really well so what we're going to do is we're going to go over to chat GPT right like this and I'm going to go through and I'm going to look at what's going on so first of all let's take a look at semrush if we look at semrush we could see that there's a lot of people looking up local marketing it is a big industry if we do something like local SEO like this okay 22,000 difficult 40,000 searches a month $7 a click lots of money here if we were to do something like real estate SEO we're going to see that this one also $8 a click 5,900 searches a month so what we're seeing is that in these little local markets there's lots of money if you guys see that smash that like button tell me there's lots of money there we want to make sure exactly what is going on okay so we're going to look at this we're going to be like okay real estate seo seo real estate this is good okay so now what we need to look at is we could actually go to chat GPT and we could say how big is the local is the real estate marketing industry for small realtorss okay and we'll take a look at how big this is I think it's actually gigantic so we're going to take a look and say okay how big is this industry what is going on okay now we're going to do something even deeper than this so don't worry this is all going to stack up and at the end you'll be like oh wow I can actually go do this side hustle and start making money in a super super easy way so now we're looking at this and it's saying what is going on and again we could see it's not just real estate you could do dentist SEO right all kinds of things like this so dentist SEO $22 a click I mean get out of here like even if you just wrote an article about that and and helped these people there is a lot of money here and it's literally insane okay this is something super super big so now we see here uh we got um 2400 visitors 22 bucks okay so it's still looking here apparently chat GPT did not have its coffee yet so we will have our coffee okay so we'll wait for this one we have dentist SEO you can even do like um let's do massage like massage therapist SEO different things like that okay you can even do a local SEO or um what else would there be chiropractor I'm not even going to try to spell that but you could type those in and you can see all kinds of things you could even do like seo4 and get the different Industries seo4 um lawyers right 2900 you got 30,000 keywords that are looking up which is really cool so now we're seeing hey there's a lot of stuff going on here SEO for lawyers small business law firms uh attorneys dentist e-commerce Etsy family law personal injur in injury photographers wedding photographers and on and on we go so would it be safe to say that if you were able to help these businesses you could make good money right we know there's 80 billion let's get some props here hold on let's see if we can find some props all right let's see here we'll find some props over here I know we have some cash somewhere here we go all right hopefully it follows me we got some some cash over here come on camera we can come over here now come on there we are right so we have uh lots of money here so we got like $80 billion at stake this is a huge huge huge industry okay so now when we look at this we're like okay now what so how do we get our piece of the 80 billion pie all right how many of you guys like you're like okay that is the question here it is we see kind of the idea now let's take a look at one little snippet of this pie and see if the chat GPT is answering okay so we're seeing here that the real estate marketing industry is actually really big okay so the real estate sales brokage industry valued at 222 billion so there's lots of money in this market as well and lots of Realtors fail they struggle they don't know how to Market themselves they they have all kinds of different issues in marketing themselves would it be safe to say if you could help a realtor a dentist or someone with a business Market online you could get paid and you could get paid quite handsomely and how many of you guys would be like well if you taught me how to do that this would kind of be like one of the best trainings I've ever been on and certainly I will smash that like button for you again all you got to do is pay attention smash a like button and follow through so we see that this is really big SEO for all these people here SEO for uh real estate and different things like this so we're looking at this we're like okay cool now this is good but Marcus how can I help these people right like if you went out there and you were able to help these 8900 people a month looking for Real Estate SEO right how many of you would be like oh I get it that totally Mak sense now Jose says real estate SEO services on a shows a KD of eight and a volume of 400 C per click of six exactly but we're going to show you a loophole that is ridiculous okay this is a loophole that is so simple anyone can do it so what we're going to do here is we're going to say something like um okay so we have real estate SEO so what we're going to do is we're going to try to get get an SEO strategy for a realtor that's not exactly like let's rank for Orlando real estate okay so most people are going to go out there and they'll be like okay let's do um Orlando Orlando real estate okay so you would have something like this that's for like Orlando real estate and we have 3,200 keywords 2400 KD is pretty big so like to rank for that's going to be difficult and I'll guarantee it's probably like Zillow and all these other companies okay I'm going to show you a little hack though realtor Zillow redin holes Remax Trulia you are not going to rank anywhere here okay it's not going to happen like I mean you could it's going to take a long time if you do and it's going to do that Robert says Rank and rent sites now we're going to do something different what we're going to do is we're going to put together content strategies four specific groups of people that are looking for more business okay so we would take someone like see here my mouse is being kind of funny today all right so we would take someone here and we would say okay let's take a look and let's think differently let's say you wanted to go through and look at something like San Francisco real estate okay what I can do is I can go and I can provide upto-date information and I know lots of people that are friends of mine that do this as a business what they're doing is they are going out there and they are curating content for businesses so they're going to go out there and they are going to say okay we have this realtor in Orlando or San Francisco or whatever okay and you have this realtor or a massage therapist or this person or that person and this person wants to be relevant okay they want to be relevant they want to be like hey I want to show up I want people to think about me I want to sell my services I want to sell houses I want people to come into my store and I want to make money now this person doesn't know how to do this now if you've been following your old buddy Marcus here for a while you know that if we were going to do this what we would need to do is have a strategic content plan right I go go out there i' put some information on the Facebook you know I'd talk about different things I go out there and maybe i' do a podcast or maybe I do a webinar or a press release or some content on my website some images on the old Pinterest some different posts on LinkedIn and we know that all of this stuff if done correctly if I did this with what I know I'd probably be the top realtor in Orlando if that was my gig right so your job is you want to help people do this in a real world way and you might be asking well Marcus is this something that you actually do yes it is we are actually opening up opening up a business very soon called Orlando PR where we are doing this stuff for local businesses it's not that difficult to do at all and with AI it's all done for you so what we're going to do is we're going to find these people and then once you do this for a couple of people others are going to knock your door door down to get your service trust me I know we have to turn customers away sometimes because of the power of this stuff so what we're going to do is we're going to look at this and say okay well now how would that work well what we need to do is we need to think different we could come here and do like everyone else does and type in Orlando real estate and get in line with everyone else and it's not going to work how many of you guys feel like internet marketing affiliate marketing and trying to make money online is too saturated marus the KD is too big here you don't know what you're talking about right how many of you guys are like yeah it feels too saturated feels like I can't do anything I I'm not going to be able to to get in there's no low KDs maybe Orlando Orland CA real estate so like not even a relevant one and it's still a 21 right how many you guys feel like that and you're like yeah this seems very difficult what would I do well what we're going to do is we're going to take our local bus business and maybe you're a realtor maybe you're here and you want to get more business what we would do is we would take this and we would start to think differently what we want to do and a lot of people are saying hey check this out this is very specific and we need to make this work okay so a lot of people are saying it's saturated there is a loophole and the loophole for this side hustle is to understand EX exactly how this fits in uh blue patunas yes we are actually live thanks for asking so how do we do this well what we are going to do is zoom out the thing here there we go all right gotta love the AI camera it's learning okay Robert says I would like to get into local Biz promotions and offer a service okay exactly that's what this is about this is super super powerful so instead of going for this which yes it is competitive it's insane you're not going to get there unless you open a real estate outfit but there is a better way and there's a way to stay on top of these things too again what we're going to do is we're going to think different so I could come over here and I could say Okay chat GPT great excellent we see the real estate stuff let's open a new chat GPT or you could even use um the Bing tool if you want to use a free version okay and what we're going to do is we are going to do this now MJ or mg says rank for things like what's the average house price in Orlando or whatever no I I that is a good strategy but we need to look at this in a different way because what that strategy is going to do is it's going to limit right if we do Orlando house price okay again we're going to be very limited 210 searches again the KD is pretty high so 210 searches that's literally seven searches a day and we're probably not going to sell any houses okay again how many of you guys you look at this right now and you're like Marcus dude bro I feel stuck I feel like this isn't going to work you know you got these things they're too competitive the big companies are there how am I going to help Joe realter Sell some houses when all these big companies are are swooping in right it's like what carvana did to the car industry but the local guys still do make money so what we are going to do is we need to look at this in a different way and we need to hit the big keywords for a little bit of time build a list and make it grow so what we're going to do is we're going to say okay well maybe I could say um Let's do let's go here we're going to do a new um Bing co-pilot okay and let's get out of here here come on there we go clear it out and we're going to say something like um what are the real estate trends for Orlando 2023 okay so now we're going to get some information now how many of you guys are tired of hearing the gurus say just provide value just provide all you got to do is provide value just provide and you say well what what does that even mean Markus at how do you provide value well we're going to show you how to provide value right here right now very simple so we have this looking at the real estate Trend Trends here okay and we can ask at different things so we'll go through house prices are expected to rise home sales may go down population and employment growth affordable housing okay great what else are we seeing in Corel relation to rent prices right and what we're going to do is the thing that has made me the most money over the years is be curious I'm going to be curious and say okay well what's going on so according to Zillow here's the rent prices and different things like this okay now what I'm going to do is I'm going to take this info I'm going to feed this into chat GPT or you could even go to the co-pilot here okay I think you click this that'll go to the co-pilot right and this is going to do the work for us so we'll go over to chat GPT and I will say please summarize this info okay and we're going to go like this and it'll summarize the info for the real estate in Orlando okay now how many of you guys are like well if I was looking to move to Orlando or I was looking to buy a new house in Orlando this would probably be helpful if home prices are going to slow then they're probably going to go down which means I'd wait a little bit okay rent we see how rent is working great now what we can do is we could say great thank you always got to be nice to the AI there you go buddy nice little AI got to you know give him a little pat on the back there great thank you now please make a table comparing real estate prices 2022 and 2023 in Orlando and also rent prices okay what this is going to do is going to make me a little table now if I was a realtor I could go through and I could post this on my Facebook and show people how this works right how many you guys are like oh wait a minute yeah that would probably be valuable okay and we can go through through and say now please find the data and fill in 2022 it should be able to do it for us hopefully okay so now it's going to go through it's going to find the data for us and then we're going to start to think different what we want to do like Stella says we want to make a lead magnet that we could post on Facebook Twitter Instagram Pinterest maybe a YouTube video all different kinds of things and now now what we're going to do is we could take a realtor and pretty much say how much business do you want great here's the price tag and this is how we do it and a lot of times you can start out and say Hey you know for $1,000 a month we'll do two or three posts a week or one post a week or whatever it is and we will help you get content so that all you have to do is sell houses and we will go out there and we will scour the web with AI and we are going to find good stuff that you can provide to your audience now one of the things I mean this is something very simple when we look at it we're like okay I can go and I can post this in Orlando groups I can post it um on newspapers in Orlando or whatever and it's going to go through and it's going to create this box for us so 20% increase 6.5% rent there's the rent growth there's that okay excellent so now we're looking at this and we're like okay we got some data that's looking good now please make a chart of rent versus bu in Orlando with the amounts and current interest rates okay this will make a little thing should I rent or should I buy now we're going to get all kinds of things how many of you guys are like oh wait a minute I see how this would work you're basically going to go out there and you are going to do a fullon Content attack strategy in a very very simple way okay so now we're going to go through and we could say now put it in a table because tables are nicer looking now please make it in a table right and now it's going to go through and here we go cost of buying it's working we'll have some coffee while it works all right and now we have this oh it is making a table okay I don't need to say that um so now we have buying renting apartment renting a single family home so now I can take this and I can put this data into an infographic and be like hey ready to buy call Margaret the realtor here's her number her phone's going to ring off the hook because this is this is what I do I learned this uh years ago back when I was doing my magic business and I understood hey you know what I can actually make a ton of money more money than I make in my magic business by helping people understand how to Market online and now all I need to do is find a bunch of Realtors and and guys once you do it for one realter everyone's going to want it and it's there you go it's like okay now I did this or or maybe you have a massage therapist or whatever it is you're going to make this in a very very simple way so what we're going to do is we're going to go out there and say yes we can do this in a very easy way now when we go through this we're going to see different things that AI can help us with okay and I actually had AI help me make the list for AI stuff that we could help AI use for other businesses right that's why this side hustle like if you're struggling to make money and you can't it's basically you don't want to do it right it will come down to that because this does work in a very easy way so what we could do is local keyword research and again the average realtor has no idea how to do this stuff we could do uh localize content right maybe go out there and find um different demographics like oh hey you know what um women that are that are 40 are buying these types of houses and and Men with kids are buying these kind of houses and you you get the demographics and you talk about different things that are interesting it's very important and what's going to happen is the biggest fallacy in marketing is that you're going to run out of content a lot of people think this they're like well buying a house is just like do you want to buy a house here's the price there's not much to it but there actually is there's news going on in all kinds of stuff so creating localized content Facebook post Pinterest um Google Maps um stuff for Yelp okay optimizing Google my business listings this is something that AI can help with really well uh which will help understand what's going on and help you get the people rank uh customer reviews and testimonials FAQs now this is actually an interesting one right I can do local customer reviews and testimonials I can actually go to Ai and say what were the top houses that sold in the last 90 days in Orlando because rors do this all the time they're like hey your neighbor's house sold for this much would you like to sell your house call me and that one that sold might not even be their listing it's just showing you the prices or a list of prices hey did you know that 123 Sycamore sold for 550 did you know that this sold for this much and understanding wait a minute this is going to put them front and center and it's going to be something that works really really well we can also do FAQs what are the questions people have about houses in Orlando and the different changes or uh massages or different things like that you know here are the ways massage helps with stress call Maria the massage person or whatever it is and we start to look at this and we're like okay here's a local event landing pages Partnerships and collaborations case studies in just a minute we're going to get to something that is going to literally knock your socks off because it is so so simple and even if you ignore everything that I talked about in this training so far this one thing will make you money and hardly anyone knows that it exists and it's so easy it's it's get ready smash a like button if you're excited about that all right social media post uh we can go through and say hey uh Monitor and report on social media trends in Orlando right this would be something super super um interesting because I can go through and say okay uh report on current social media trends re relevant to real estate right and it'll go through we could put Orlando in here or uh maybe massage therapy or you know roofers right this works for literally everything and wouldn't you look at it like if you were to go here and type in roofing leads boom check this out roofing leads these guys pay a fortune for roofing leads $21 a click one click to a website $21 which means they'd probably be really really interested in paying me a couple thousand to get them a bunch of leads how many you guys are like oh that totally makes sense I get it and I could go through and I could say okay here's all the stuff now I know here in Orlando and what you're going to do is you're going to use AI to find the interesting stuff so if I was going for roofing companies right and and think about this all a roofer needs to do is get one job and it pays for your service like five times over so we could go over here and say okay what are some top news stories about Roofing in Florida in the last 90 days okay this is going to go through it's going to get us the roofing stuff I can go to a roofer and be like hey do you want some business let me show you how to do it and we can build this for them you could do the social media post hey you know what here's uh this statistic on roofing roofs are going up the cost of stuff is going up it's time to do it now and it's very very important and and interesting right so we're going to go through like this okay and it'll get that data here we're seeing the real estate one which is going through and it's getting us a report on the trends and different things like that now again when we're going through and having this created we want to take a look at other things we can do press releases is going to be one we're going to touch on in just a minute that is super super important and when you pair this with the local information I mean it is it's staggering how much business these things can generate and I got students in our blog profit Network I got people here watching my free stuff on YouTube that are creating press releases and getting results super fast and so we look at this and we're like okay now we have this press release angle we have news updates we have um different things like that and when we get into this okay we're going to look at it and hopefully it'll be a little faster here okay so now it's talking about um real estate okay so now I could go through and be like okay cool so now I got this real estate stuff I can see the different Trends I can make a post about my own stuff so if I didn't want to have a website I can make a press release I can make a video talk about the trends and talk about how I can help hey you know now I could say great now take this info and and make a press release with a call to action to call a number let's say whatever call a number or to visit a website to get a free real tour marketing analysis something like that okay now it's going to go through it'll create me a press release on this data how many of you guys are seeing the power of this okay and it's it's going to get bigger it's going to get better we're going to talk about stuff that's actually going to make this work in a real world way so now we have Orlando real estate market Embraces cuttingedge social media strategies in 2023 in the real estate landscape in Orlando it's involve evolving here's some social media trends here's some social media for lead gen and it's going to go through and it's going to talk about this and again this is something that would be valuable to a realtor we're like oh okay this is cool now we're looking at this and it's going to write it for me so let's let's recap a minute before we go even further because this is about to get super good okay so what we're doing here is we pick our market so who we going to go for are we going to go for realtor limousine companies um are we going to go for restaurants what are we going to do okay and restaurants you go Marcus this only works for Real Estate no restaurant I mean how many you guys have gone to restaurants and you're like dude this used to be 10 bucks now it's like $40 and apparently I'm supposed to tip another $900 I mean I don't know you go and get a cup of water and it's like would you like to tip $4,000 I'm like wait but the water was only a dollar and then you feel bad cuz it's like well it says 4,000 if I I'll just tip them 1,000 all right I dig add but at any rate it works for every market so what we're doing is we're using AI to find the customers okay so we could do this by having AI create press releases just like the one we did for Real Estate that will get me business I'm going to test it I'm going to show you you'll see that it will get business also I've been doing this for like 23 years so I kind of know we can do social media post we can do email Outreach we can go out there and do Facebook post for realtors we can go into Facebook groups we can go and find these people on Pinterest Instagram whatever it is okay pick whichever one you like I'm going to do press releases because I'm kind of lazy and I want people to call me I don't want to go find them I don't want to talk to anyone I just want this to work in a very very simple way okay very simple so we're like okay that's what we do then we are going to use AI to deliver the service so we're going to do the same thing the way that we Market us is the way that we Market them AI is doing everything we just put money in our pocket in this 80 billion industry how many of you guys are digging this okay very cool so we're going to go through and we're like okay great now I have this special offer free real estate marketing analysis I will get calls right if I do this I will get calls it's very simple there we go um easy easy stuff okay now what I can do is I can go through and say okay now I got my customer I got my real estate person he's coming in he gave me some money right you're like okay try it out th000 bucks 2,000 bucks whatever it is based on the service that you're going to use okay Marcus says I don't understand what that has to do with the SEO agency he talked about at the at the beginning we are not making an SEO agency we are making a Content strategy AG agency when we look at SEO this is to show us there's money in the market right people are looking they want business because here's a deal nobody cares about ranking on Google wait a minute Marcus didn't you just say that $80 billion I mean you're kind of no nobody cares what they want is more customers that's what they want they want their phone to ring so that people are like I want to buy a house and you're my realtor that's what they want nobody wants to rank so so if we can find a way to get them more business in a very simple way then we are going to make a ton and so what we're going to do is we're going to say okay great I got the press release out there I get people in I start to understand it okay now we can see okay we got our press release now we see Okay cool so unique promotion by a roofing company uh changes in Florida building code fines and violations workers comp okay how about from a consumer I want to buy a roof standpoint please talk about how insurance fraud and Rising prices of materials has made Roofing unaffordable okay so here we go now we have this Roofing industry in Florida okay Rising material costs great insurance fraud in Florida which is a big problem okay now we have uh let's see what else insurance rate increases yes ours went through the roof Florida's no longer cheap I don't know I think I just brought California prices with me when I moved here but we look at this we're like okay limited insurance coverage great now Now please find some statistics and numbers and average cost of roofing okay there we go watch this bad weather uh it was mostly um the uh fraud yeah it was mostly the lawyers that were like hey you should get a free roof just cuz you want it that's what led to a lot of uh the pricing issues and that's why insurance is so expensive here now some of it was because of uh the storms and things but that was kind of always there um so let's look at this and now we got roofing calculator and stuff like that it's looking up and watch what happens because if you understand how to use AI the right way you can make money I have used AI this year and this is the first year it was super popular and I've made lots and lots and lots of money with AI probably close to about a million dollars uh just this year alone with the stuff we're doing with AI I mean it's it's so valuable and important when we look at this so if we know how to use this again most people don't know how to use this they have no idea they're too busy Selling Houses and making pancakes or whatever they're doing okay so here's the average cost great excellent here's the average amounts and we're just waiting for right now this is the busy work we're going to get to the the money work in a minute there's a difference between busy work and money work this is busy work we need to turn it into money work so how many of you guys want to learn how to do the money work because that's what pays the bills most people are focused on busy work that's why they're not making money we're going to do the money work so now we're going to go through and say are there any government programs that help Floridians with Roofing costs okay and what we're going to do is we're going to think a little different what we're trying to think is can I get something that's out of the normal I want a realtor here's a realtor I want a roof here's the roof that's linear thinking that's what everyone's going to do we need to think different and be like okay how do I turn normal information into something newsworthy that I can get this guy customers like that right how can I go out there and be like hey you know let's make a AI video or an AI press release or what it is okay and and and and make it about information that's structured different and as I say all the time on this channel information structured differently can and usually will make you rich very important so now we're getting this and see this used to take me a long time if I wanted to do this level of research information and writing I would need to have $5,000 a month worth of people on staff at least maybe 10 if I wanted to do it right which most of us would be priced out of but we start to look at this Lou says well so we get the leads and sell them to the realtor no what we're going to do is we're going to get the realtor and we're going to charge him a fee each month to build all this for him so we're going to be like hey we are going to put you in front of people who want to buy houses and cell houses or for the roofer we're going to put you in front of people that are thinking about roofs in this area we are going to get you more clients so we go here and we're like okay now we have these these Assistance programs or whatever you can do the same thing with real estate which I'll show you in just a minute okay and it's simple like a roofing company and it's like $20,000 I think I don't know our roof was expensive we just got one a couple months ago and the cost of a roof is so big it's going to be nothing to charge them three5 $10,000 nothing it's like hey you do you want more all I need to do is get you one client and it pays for itself so that's what we do now we have this here okay great now we're getting to the the money stuff uh do you suggest how much fees can be charged monthly it's going to depend on what you do are you doing the entire social media press release thing are you building them a website like if you put all this together and make them the lead gen website I mean I could do that probably $5,000 easy and I did this back when I didn't know what I was doing and I learned it right and I and people would buy it because they understand the value of it and what I would do if you want to do this in the right way is Do It free for someone first right find someone you know and be like hey we're going to do this free I just want you to do this because it doesn't cost much right you could do most of this stuff for free uh using Ai and so you would do it free to get that person to say hey look here's this guy solar exactly so now we have the special government stuff here great so I'll just take this because uh let's see I'm going to copy this just in case it doesn't regenerate it sometimes it doesn't so we'll regenerate there we go hopefully it does it right and Watch What Happens because now we're taking it from a passive oh I just you know if I can't rank for Real Estate Orlando then I'm not going to get business that's what everyone thinks but I'll get business whether I rank or I don't if you guys have looked at the SEO on my main website it pretty much sucks because I don't have the time to do it I do have a team that we're going to have cost assistant if you look at this if I search for this in Google I'll bet you there is a news report there's WPTV my news um here's some others here and there's Wes and then we look at that we're like wait a minute so like if I did a press release on this there's there's literally no competition here's another one you got a YouTube there's literally no competition if we go through and we do news okay one week ago September 19th August I mean come on I'm going be right on top why cuz there's no one else there and this is about insurance insurance is not even talking about Roofing so I'm going to be like holy cow I post it I will show up and the chances are I'll probably show up for like Roofing Florida uh and different things like that and and now instead of like oh hey I'm a roofer comeing you know I hope you buy my roof because it's made of better wood than the other roofer now I'm like hey here's what's going on in the industry Cory rle said it unfortunately Cory rle passed very young but back in the early days of the internet Cory rud was like the pioneer of teaching internet marketing and stuff like that and he would always say educate inform and sell more educate people oh that oh there we go bouncy camera educate people on what's going on in the industry what what's happening how can I find something and turn it into what people are not thinking about they might be thinking about insurance but they don't think about the roof right like for me I could be like how one homeowner dropped his insurance from 8,000 to 5,000 overnight I mean a lot of people would want to know how I did that and then we could be like oh here's the the government programs and different things like that um very simple right or you could go through and say now please get the information and do the same thing for Texas or do the same thing for solar or do the same thing for home security system I mean how many of you guys are like okay this is like the aha moment of the century because now we are getting people in a way that makes absolute sense and it's like oh I get it okay now we do the same thing for Texas and then we can go through and if they're a realtor here's one I did for uh San Francisco real estate San Francisco real estate market tell me the latest real estate Trends in San Francisco it did that okay here's what it found now write a press release about them obviously fact check do some interesting stuff and we start to understand okay this is now something that is going to help and get lots of customers for this business and it will be a very simple thing now is it guaranteed Nothing in life is guaranteed can you make 10,000 15,000 20,000 or more running an agency yes will the average person no most people will watch this and then they'll forget about it tomorrow because you know eating turkey is better than than hanging out here but we start to look at this they're like okay now we have a table we can use this table in a simple way and we can share this information and all we have to do is think about a way to spin it in business um there are people in the news industry and other Industries politics that literally spin stuff for a living right the news is notor notorious for this most of the time things are pretty boring but they make them entertaining and they look at different angles and they look at different things that okay this could affect you this way this supports this way of thinking and if we do that with our marketing and we're like okay now we look at all the different things that are here we can do this for all kinds of like restaurants okay how the Tipping thing right like okay local business blah blah blah and what I would do is I'd go to um I'd go to a local business and say do a promo raise your prices 15% but tell them you're going to tip on their behalf okay the the tipf free restaurant right and you just tip the people on your own with the 15% you raised it and there you go people be like okay now it's newsworthy obviously make sure it's ethical and and and fits and everything like that but you get the idea you need to be creative and start thinking different and if you could do that it's not that hard retail stores okay um in order to combat Black Friday this store is opening on Tuesday that way you don't have to go out but the Black Friday prices are there it's just on Tuesday or real estate or local plumbers right okay here's a big one big one if I wanted to get Plumbing business all right now in um the towns around where I live there's a company installing internet and they hired these people that don't know what they're doing to dig and they're just like screwing up everyone's Plumbing lines luckily hasn't happened here yet but they're screwing up the plumbing lines and this is a big news report it's all over the news and you could be like oh hey if you want a plumber you can trust keep this handy uh you know so watch this you go there and you're like okay um chat GPT let's do a new one uh talk about the Orlando issues with fiber internet companies ruining Plumbing lines okay watch this oh well let's share it h there we go ah okay check this out is it possible to do in the Philippines absolutely it doesn't matter where you're at it matters where they're at um so this is going to go through and it's going to find all the stuff hopefully it starts sounding like Jurassic Park you can call the plumber right how many you guys are like dude this totally makes sense and when you talk about realtorss let me let me give you a little hint the myth of people not having money why is our transition not working there we go what our program's being funny here um but the myth of people not having money is a complete and utter myth right it's it's not what you think the people who don't have a lot of sales need more business so they're more apt to spend money and again make it affordable make it easy make it good and you are good to go and you start to understand that hey wait a minute this is super simple this is something that anyone can do and now we can take this press release you can go to PR web uh you can check out my videos on how to do press releases and things like that you can even rank for this right A lot of people will be looking at this stuff and this is the kind of thing that will get business or when you're looking a whole package of like here's a thing here's a press release we'll put the thing on your website we'll give you stuff for social media bada boom bada bang you are ready to go um Blackjack again you know you're looking at it years ago when I first started marketing um one of the most important lessons I learned is don't Market based on what you think if you think Realtors are broke you are incorrect there are realtors that are making lots and lots of money it's much like the fallacy of nobody spends $250,000 for a car yeah they do you don't so now you are going out there in marketing as if people are you people are not you this is a lesson you have to learn in marketing like you look at nobody would buy a rock with a face on it okay that's what I would have thought and I wouldn't have come up with a pet rock and we have to look at this and Mark it like Jose says based on facts watch this okay you look this is this is a product of news centered thinking the news is trying to get us to think that everything is terrible everyone's broke and we're all on the street that's not true how much did the real estate market decline in 2023 watch this okay so we're going to go here and we're going to look at this it's being slow but we'll see here okay and then we're going to do how much it's like literally 7% so if you're saying Realtors are broke no they're not they're 7% poorer than they were last year that's a fact you cannot argue with that fact it's right there right and so look at it and we're like okay um here's what you got here median sales price okay great so where do we got it 4.1 how many homes sold in 2022 USA versus this year watch we're going to do the research we're going to figure it out and we're going to do because a lot of people are going to have excuses I remember years ago uh one of my brothers wanted to do this business and I was trying to teach him and he's like well that's not going to work I'm like well why well he tell me and he had a great argument and I'm like but I actually put money in my pocket from it so what you're doing is you're going off of what you think I'm doing my thinking based on what works and that's what we want to look at so literally they are 7% less money 7% so if that's going to price you out of the game and you're like oh well that don't work then you're not thinking about it properly and guess what in times of recession this kind of marketing does way way way way better and we start to look at and say oh wait a minute so now I can go out there I could literally if I want to be lazy I could probably make a good living making press releases for local companies I don't even need to know web design all I'm doing is saying we're going to do the keyword research we're going to find the news stuff we fact check it and boom there we go okay someone says auto repair I think Auto Repair would be a more difficult one um technically usually the auto repair industry is behind on Tech and that's a little bit tougher one like I don't know if I can come up with the press releases for auto repair maybe but not usually okay again to each his own I'm going to go real estate cuz it's easy and what you have with real estate is your marketing directly to the person if you have Auto Repair you're going to go up there and be like hey guy in the overalls would you like this oh dude I don't own this place good luck right so what we're going to do is we're going to do something in a different way and again look at data look at the data uh Auto Repair leads okay are they looking for auto repair leads no they're not they're not home services perfect we want High profit margin I want something where they're making 20 grand to sell a house 20 grand to get a roof x amount for this x amount plumbers High profit margin they want that and so we're looking at it we're like oh that's what I need to do okay now news about the used car market crashing that could be good one but again you're not going to go to like the auto repair guy you're going to go to the auto lender right and again that's where it's going to work and we need the one off where I'm going to get the person right away I don't want to have to go through 15 people to find the guy who can make the decision and write the check right we need to look at that and be very very strategic about this okay very very important so now we're going to look at this we're going to be like okay great now we can do um law firms law firms would be perfect fitness centers gyms perfect computer sales probably not yeah I I wouldn't do computer sales I think that's too narrow I want personal trainers I want people that are actively you need a market where people are actively trying to get new business they need to be like if it doesn't come up for leads you're probably going to struggle right I can do uh computer repair leads 30 yeah nothing um roofing leads 1300 yes that's good um plumber plumber leads or Plumbing leads that's going to work so anything where people are actually look at HVAC exactly perfect HVAC Okay so we want something where there's lots and lots and lots of business and Eddie here uh says that he has done this with Realtors and tell me what you think right does this sound like something that would absolutely revolutionize your business or is it like just some guy on YouTube talking about something that he's only been doing for 23 years right and so we're going to look at that we're be like okay this is something that absolutely will work and I would go for the businesses like I think a good barometer is does it have people searching for it Landscaping Landscaping and Gardening could be good um you know like so Landscaping and Gardening what I would do is I would do chat gbt um what are the seasonal things you need to do to your yard in Orlando Florida please make a chart with the 12 months and what to do okay so what we would do here is we be like okay hey landscaping company we are going to come out with a press release a report and social media post that you can do January oh it's time to prune got to get the weed control here's our top recommended Pest Control resource that's an affiliate link um here is February we're going to do this we're going to do that and you know you would have on each piece of content we would go through and be like hey boom now we're going to call Bob's Landscaping call this guy um do this right so now what's going to happen is you are going to have unfortunately our I don't know why my screen is being funny it's not letting me transition between the things here yeah I don't know it's it's probably locked or something but what we're going to do is we're going to go through and we're going to have this content strategy that's going to take all of these insurance companies um all different kinds of things does this make sense okay is everyone getting that let me know smash that like button if you're getting it and we blog post or digital marketing website for lead gen so it depends on your client if you're doing it as a s hustle for other businesses if they came to me I'd want to set up everything for them the press release would lead to the website I set up for them it would be like a a $10,000 $5,000 package now if you're new do it for two grand do it for $1,500 right as long as you can have the profit margin it's not going to take that long to create this now please make a checklist for December gardening whatever right so they do a checklist here and it' be like okay here's your checklist lawn good service and when you start to understand oh okay now I see how this will work in a simple way and who knows your client might even end up on the news from the press release imagine that you're like hey this client literally quadrupled his business overnight because he was on Fox News because of the press release we put out and it's something that's simple and and you really look at it so what you would need to make this work is a AI a little bit of Ingenuity and thinking different right um yeah septic tank services hey what to do to your septic tank in the winter you know uh whatever different things like that and we start to understand oh this is about marketing different most people are trying to do the linear oh I just want to rank for Orlando this or Orlando that but we're going to do it in a very very different way and we're going to think about it in terms of how do I get people who don't necessarily know what they're trying to do maybe there's people that you know they got money and they want to invest and you could talk about why a house would be a good investment or why to wait to buy um something my dad taught me before he passed he taught us our whole life was if you focus on helping people you'll always have ways to make money like if you have a client and they come to you and they're like hey this is what I want to do and you say well you know maybe you want to wait to buy a house because who does that right Realtors most of them are really pushy they're like hey you need to buy this now and it's like well what if I don't want that house well it's going there's 10 other people looking at it and they use these high pressure but it's like hey if I'm a good realtor all I'm going to do is get you what you want my job is to get you what you want and help you that's all it is but so many people are focused on my job is to get money right now no help people out the money will come if you do it right very very very important and we start to look at that and understand hey check this out this is how we do it and this is how we are going to structure it different and this is how we are going to make our content interesting and this is the best time is when there's a Breakin in the area so like if a house down the road has a Breakin all the neighbors buy security systems why they weren't out there Googling it they weren't out there looking for it a guy didn't come to their door no they had fear from something going on fear of hey this is what happened and they all rushed to go buy it and if that that's what we're talking about here is using this in a way where we're like oh interest rates are going to drop how do I get front and center teach them something hey here's the ways you could do it here's what the average person would save and here's some fees to watch out for there you go you just help people out that's it um you know real estate doctors whatever it is right if you're a a local dentist studies show that the American diet ruins teeth or whatever it is and you start to realize hey wait a minute this is actually not that hard all we need to do is think different and that's what we're doing over at content profit strategy.com where someone will come in and be like hey I'm a realtor get me 50 pieces of content to Market my real estate stuff we do the research we figure it out hey I have this website for affiliate marketing get me 50 pieces of content that will sell this hey I have this get me that that will sell it right very very strategic and you start to realize this is all about strategy and if you learn the strategy go out there and and and Market it to people that need business and you will look like the king they will love you because you'll be like hey I got you a bunch of business this is looking pretty good and then on and on we go and you start to realize hey this really does work and we start to understand exactly how this is going to work and we focus and you do a good job get these people business um you can go out there and and use PayPal if you if you want to get paid and then you make it work and it's very very simple um cosmetic procedures that one it's going to be a little difficult I mean you can but I I would you know what I want to do I want to do the easiest one that makes me look the best right so if it's like lenders yeah I could do that cosmetic one that might be a little difficult it would work just going to take a little bit more work so we look at that and make it work so what you do is the side hustle is going out there and helping these businesses with press releases content and different things that will get them more clients and you don't need to get them that many more because the profit margins are so big and this is an80 billion
