today we are looking at a multi-billion dollar a year industry that is basically up for grabs now that we have ai and you can use this industry and take advantage of it in a big way in fact some businesses are making as much as $2 million a day or more with a AI agent Army more about that in just a minute and how you can set up first let's talk about what this $2 million a day business is and how it works it is none other than the transcrip description industry as you can see over here I have used I writer to get a lot of writing projects done over 56,000 I had over 6,000 in my higher writers account but they got bought out or changed and so I don't have access to that one anymore needless to say I've spent close to a million dollars on producing content either actual written content transcriptions or AI written content as well in fact if you were to go into my rev account which is the company that's making over $2 million a day you can see I've put in a lot of orders just for transcriptions and a lot of them are human based transcriptions where I'm paying as much as $150 or more for a human transcription a couple of them were AI transcriptions which are around 30 to 50 cents per minute but still it's costing a lot of money for a robot that just exists online to transcribe a video or audio for me so this is a business that's absolutely huge if we were to go over here you can see that podcastle is is getting in on the action raising $13 million Spotify has actually made little transcription tools and different things like that Fiverr has a lot of people that are doing transcription a lot of them with over a thousand reviews which means they're making a lot of money and now that AI is on the scene this is changing big time in fact you can see that in the us alone the transcription industry is expected to be $41 billion by 2030 however we did see that JD Vance the vice president just today said that hey AI is not going to replace workers instead it will enhance productivity and job growth where I see this transcription one going in a little bit of a different direction which could be a little bit Grim however for those in the no you can actually use this to make a lot of money the fact of the matter is is this business model is changing I can go over to tools like notebook LM Google Gemini with deep research and different things like that and get transcriptions and notes and all different kinds of things like that we can see here that transcription is a gigantic business and I can actually upload MP3s MP4s and different files to get a transcript right here in Notebook LM and it only cost me $20 a month or if you have the free plan you can do that as well now what we need to do is we need to understand how these work why they work and where the money is so that you can get it first of all you can see a company like otter.ai which is basically like giving you a stockpile of minutes that you can use each month we can see that their annual revenue is over 20 million Riverside FM rev.com which is the pay as youo pricing $150 for human transcription and0 cents for AI transcription and there's also a mix of both of them we can see Trent starts at $48 a month and goes up to like 60 a month I have had a plan with them before live transcribed which is developed by Google this is an Android app revenues of $10 2 billion and that was back in 2020 we can also see notebook LM notion tactique and many others that are making lots and lots of money notion has been valued at $10 billion but first what we need to do is we need to look at like what are these why is this worth money and what do people want to do well if I was to take a look at myself here and look at what I do with transcriptions I think that would give you some insight because after having spent over a half a million dollars maybe even closer to a million on transcriptions and content and things like that what we're going to do is we're going to look at what am I using these for so when I give them an MP3 an mp4 or a YouTube link what does this look like what do I ultimately want well first of all I need to get the transcription which is going to basically take the words from the video okay that's that's part one part two is I want to turn that into a blog post a notes page page a maybe an Instagram post shorten it different things like that so what I want to do is I want to make multiple pieces of content from one video that I record I want to sit here and record a video like this and then automatically as if by Magic have all of this stuff created now right now we are doing this in segments where we will take my video go to the transcription take the transcription give it to my video person she'll make a little short video on it we'll give it to the notes person they'll make a notes on it we'll give it to the AI we'll get some kind of white paper on it and all these different things that are going to take one piece of content and make me lots of money now one of the things you could do which will make a lot of money is create an agency actually made a video about doing transcriptions and multi-purpose in content as an agency a couple months back where we talked about taking podcasts and turning them into blog posts because there's a lot of people out there with podcasts that are not utilizing the traffic the way they could utilize it where they're leaving a bunch of money on the table so what I would propose is setting up a Blog for them getting them traffic showing them how it works and do this on a monthly basis these types of agencies make tons and tons of money if you are paying attention so what we are seeing is the traditional transcript business is going out the door and now what's happening is people are jumping ahead and saying hey I don't mind paying more money or the same money if I get more stuff from this so literally as a side hustle this would take you a couple of minutes to do you pop the MP3 or MP4 into a transcriber you get the transcript and then you turn that transcript into other content now the cool part about this is their video their podcast or whatever it is is going to be based on unique content so plagiarism isn't really going to be a factor copied content really not a factor originality is going to be a plus and it'll probably pass really good AI scores because it's based on something human now I would say that if I was going to have someone here in this business what am I actually paying for this type of stuff currently I would say I'm probably in the neighborhood of $8,000 a month or more just having people take my videos and turn them into other content and other things on the web now I'm not that big there are other companies that do this in a bigger method and there's some smaller ones as well and what would happen is if someone came to me and said hey Marcus you know what we can do this with an AI process you give us $1,500 a month and we will handle the whole process for you this is a game changer all you would need to do is get 10 or 20 people you're making 15 to $30,000 a month and you can use a lot of free tools to make this happen this is something that's actually very very simple and we see that businesses are doing this right now now the key is in learning how to automate this so that you can scale if you wanted to go from 0 to $10,000 a month or 0 to $100,000 a month or more what you're going to need to do is you're going to need to scale without having the barrier of paying a bunch of money up front this is where you can actually learn to automate the process if you were to have a account over at gemini or an account over at notebook LM which I think is pretty much one and the same we can take these MP3s right like this and just pop them right into the tool let me find one for you right here so I can show you exactly what this looks like so let's say we have this one here which is a 37 Minute Podcast I did we're going to take this and we are going to open up a new notebook LM I'm going to drag and drop this right here I think you can we're to okay so we need to actually upload it so let's go add source and then we're going to drag and drop our MP3 right in here and it's actually going to do all the work for us so if you know how to use notebook LM which 99% of the planet does not know how you could literally Take podcast and get all kinds of notes and different things and sell them as a service super easy we can see people are doing it at Fiverr we can see all these other businesses are doing it and making a fortune in fact rev.com is making $2 million a day or more just with the transcription which is just one side of the coin imagine if I can turn these into Pinterest pins imagine if I can turn this into blog content white papers down download Ables note sheets turn it into a book they can sell or give away the sky is literally the limit and this is absolutely crazy so what's happening here is we're able to take these and put them into notebook LM and as if by Magic there's the transcription in seconds with rev I used to have to wait sometimes 5 six hours for something like this now what we see here is it gives us a summary Drop Shipping key topics pricing comparison and all this stuff I can go through I can get an FAQ a study guide a briefing dock a timeline right like that super super simple I can even get an overview where people are going to talk about what I'm talking about with this deep dive conversation this is game-changing stuff and what we are seeing here is now I have something I can utilize and imagine if you were able to help them get a mailing list or whatever it is based on what they want again looking at the process and making it very simple so what we want to do is learn to automate the process we could either go through and upload them manually to notebook LM or we could use a tool like make uh over at make.com where we could say hey first get the transcript from notebook LM you'd plug in your API keys or whatever your codes are there then you could say now go to open Ai and turn it into a blog post now go over here and do this but if you didn't want to learn all that which I'll put a video in the description where you can learn all that you could actually go through and just do it manually as you saw this only takes a few minutes and now I have this loaded in here and I could say now tell me the main points or now now go through now make this a blog post keyword title and body and it'll go through and it'll actually turn it into a blog post for me and this one was talking about WordPress versus Shopify which would be really cool so now I could go through if I had the person who did the podcast WordPress versus Shopify now I could take a look and say okay are there are there keywords out there that tie in to this and what you're doing is you're doing all the stuff that you learn from me here on this channel as a service and now you see like there's literally no competition here and it works like crazy so Shopify versus WordPress about 1,200 searches a month not too competitive this is something that would work extremely well and you'd be able to get the results for people that would keep them buying over and over because now they're going to get traffic that they normally wouldn't get and you could see a lot of people are doing this and all you have to do is say hey here's a podcast guy I'm going to help you make money with that podcast in a very simple way then what you're going to do is you're going to look at what they ultimately want most of these podcasters video creators they basically want to be famous they want to get a lot of traction they want a lot of people to use their stuff so you could go out there and find podcast or or YouTube channels that aren't getting the reach that they could and you can help them with this maybe set it up and say hey you know what if you get web hosting I'll do the first month or first week free or something like that take a little bit of a hit it's called sacrificing early profits and then go through and say okay now that you got some results look it's ranking on Google look this is doing this people are interested in it you got some optins then you can go through and do that then you can go and and repurpose it say you turn it into Instagram say you take little Snippets another thing you can do is you can say now take out some key Snippets I can use as video content and have the timestamp please and it'll go through and it'll timestamp hey at 11 minutes and 36 seconds he said this quote that was really good snip that into something and now we could see Pinterest Tik Tok YouTube checking Pinterest Tik Tok and YouTube for product ideas boom there's a video um you could go through and say AI created videos video created AI for the use of WordPress or whatever it is and you can go through and get all of the different things and repurpose this content so whether you're doing this for your own channel or other people's channels or podcasts or blogs or whatever it is you can make this in a super super simple way don't underestimate this this is the future doing these kinds of services with a AI has made the cost so low but a lot of people don't know how why or how to really get these things to take off or for what reason they would do it and if we know hey I know how to use notebook LM I can do this in seconds boom you're off to the races this reminds me years ago when I had a business where we would create what was known as doorway Pages for websites you would take a bunch of keywords and you would make pages that would get them into something else much like we did on the crest video where we talked about Crest or Colgate one of those toothpaste places where they were going through and they're like okay we're going to talk about how to whiten your teeth we're going to talk about what it means if you had bad breath or all of these other things which were doorway pages to get them into the toothpaste content and the products they were selling this is what I did years ago and we actually knew about a tool that made these doorway pages and so I would do the research I would use the tool which cost me $60 one time and I would do the research create the pages and I would charge them anywhere from like $500 for 50 pages to a, for 100 and what I was doing as I was tacking onto the service so I would do the research run it through the process get paid because people didn't know how to do the research or what process I was using I was able to make a lot of money and that's really how I started my business so it's much in the same way where this side hustle is going to be based on finding these people that are getting some traction but could be doing more help them out show them how it work make them a little report send it to them say hey I made a report on your last podcast tell me what you think you can give this away to your audience so you spend 10 minutes you make the report and hopefully they'll sign up and maybe you can you know work on your sales skills or whatever it is or even ask deep seek to help them sell like I could go over to deep seek where is it over here somewhere right like this and I can say I just made an outline and guide and blog post for a podcaster help me make an email to give it to them and sell my services of doing the same for growth growth right and it'll go through and it'll do this for us and now it's going to give us the email and we can send that to them with the podcast or we can even say hey you know what I didn't want to just send you a file so write me back if you want it that would be a good way to use it as well and then you can just basically wash rinse repeat you should be able to get some clients and then if you don't want to do Outreach email you could just talk about these services like if you were to go to YouTube and you had a channel that was just about repurposing content repurpose podcast right you can just make a Channel about repurposing content boom you would get people look it Riverside FM is doing that exact same thing all these people are doing that exact same thing or you could do podcast into blog post right there boom SEO podcast how to do SEO for podcast this is a Game Changer it's going to get harder in the age of AI and if you understand the key tactics you stand apart from everyone else everyone else is going to gravitate to the same thing and if you're standing out you
