[Music] today I'm going to show you live How I build simple little AI dashboards these are a lot like digital products only you can charge a lot more for them and they deliver way more value and these simple little AI dashboards have made me millions of dollars and yeah I got receipts in fact today we are going to fire up the live stream and I'm going to show you step by step exactly how I build these using AI that's right you don't even really have to think about all that much you just need to pick a niche ask the AI to design your dashboard walk it through a few simple steps add some finesse and get paid it's actually pretty simple in fact the first time I ever made one of these dashboards was long before AI even existed the year was 2021 I had just had my first kid and I needed to make some money fast so armed with my clunky scanner and my old monitor that weighed about 500 lb I created a dashboard for people that were selling certain vitamins it took me a few weeks to set this up but after it was done I was ready to go I could simply sell these on demand for $300 each and so so armed with my new dashboard I fired up my teleseminar software Yep this was even before webinars and on that call we sold over $7,000 of this dashboard that I built yep that's right build one time get paid over and over again this truly is passive income but you need to know exactly what you're doing and that's why in this training I'm going to fire up the AI tools and I'm going to walk you through this step by step we're going to go through a couple of niches and show you exactly how to set up simple little dashboards that put money in your pocket over and over now human nature is going to make you want to overco complicate this and think that it needs to be more difficult than it build simple AI dashboards to go from0 to $10,000 a month or more super fast all right ladies and gentlemen welcome to the show today what we're going to do is talk about how to build AI dashboards this is a digital product hack that'll make you money if you use it properly it's actually very simple very cut and dry so by the end of this training you should be able to know exactly how to build these with AI and uh other tools so there's going to be a lot of stuff we're going to go over today if you're excited about this smash a like button and let me know so first of all what we want to look at is the difference between selling a bunch of ebooks which is what a lot of other people teach you to do versus selling uh One dashboard pays a lot of money now some of the dashboards that I've created over the years have gone from anywhere from you know 20 bucks up to several hundred I think we even had one uh that was $1,000 a a couple years ago which is cool and I do see that our buddy Clive is here I think that's the same Clive that is in our AI profit scoop I believe so and uh that brings me to our next bit of business which is a a progress report a success report from our member Clive who actually has been getting results with with his uh stuff he's been using based on some of the free videos that I made which is really cool we could see here he made $229 on this one we could see here $890 and I think he said that uh one of his is doing roughly around $1,000 a month right now and that's pretty cool right something you can build up you could see there $900 uh 900 $890 959 and then uh some 7 $70 commissions as well and a lot of these are actually up to date you could see the date there uh date here here is up to today so a lot of cool stuff um definitely getting some results definitely seeing some action there which is fantastic now what we want to do is we want to talk about what a digital dashboard is or what an AI dashboard is this is a digital product hack that will take you from having a very basic ebook or something like that or a plr product and take it into something that you can actually make a lot of money with so looking at that all right that is the right Clive so congrats on that Clive you can all give him a congrats in the uh box as well and I think he told us yesterday on the AI profit scoop call so what we're doing here is we're looking at the difference between selling a simple ebook and actually having a product that is a dashboard that increases the value why do we like dashboards well dashboards kind of hide stuff and they make it to where um you can add value where you can have different tools different links directories generators all kinds of different things like that which is pretty cool okay so what we're doing is we're taking a basic idea and putting it into something bigger much like a software or a tool okay now when you hear the word software and Tool I know a lot of people freak out don't worry it's actually pretty easy and we're going to show you how to do this with AI now first of all what we need to do is we need to find ideas if you already have a niche market you can use your Niche if you don't have a niche market and you're just like markets I kind of want to sell stuff and make some money and I don't know what to do I just show me how to get some money I believe that this is the fastest path to $10,000 a month on the planet as far as I know so what we're going to do is we're going to take a page like this okay and I'm going to have to put this over here so I can scrape these domains out um and what we're going to do is we're going to take the domains that are on this page and we're going to take a look at what these actually rank for why is this not okay got something freezing there hopefully we can get this to close there we go cool okay so so what we're going to do is we're going to take this big list of domains and we are going to put it in a tool like the AHS tool right over here and what we're going to do is we're going to do a batch analysis if you do not have fancy keyword tools or anything like that don't worry I am going to have a report towards the end of this training that you can get that's going to have a bunch of different things you can look at now when we're looking at something like this it's very important that we mine for the profit okay so obviously we know about udemy school that's a popular one right now teachable think ific which is actually pretty interesting I thought school would be higher up on the list of rankings but you know to each his own so what we're seeing is a whole bunch of different platforms that have courses and products and things like that now udemy is one of the more popular ones if you were to look at some of the things that udemy ranks for you can actually see what products people are buying because these are actual products so you could see here education online classes uh free udem me courses online learning platforms web developer boot camp so there's a lot of lot of action on that one web developer boot camp uh metaphors whatever that one is and all kinds of different things there's a digital marketing course different things like that so what we're going to do is we're going to look at these and say okay well what can I create obviously if we had something like digital marketing course right over here you can see that this one has 177,000 ratings almost a million people took this course and it was like 30 bucks so this guy made some decent cash having this course now having this course at $34 is it the best value can we do better can we do something different this has over 22 hours of OnDemand video 35 articles eight downloadable resources and it's all packaged within the udemy platform so how many of you guys see this and you're like okay so if I had a digital marketing course yeah I can make some good money because obviously this guy's making money same thing with a lot of different things here if you were to sort these by the amount of volume you can see what it is people want to learn they want to learn about Google Sheets here's one about how to learn about Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel 27,000 students 13 bucks a pop 4 hours of on demand video this is something that you can create with AI and probably do even better in okay very important how many you guys are getting this and you're like okay this makes sense it's take the people that are looking somehow make some kind of dashboard and we're good to go very cool we can also see Google ads uh Da Vinci mid Journey this mid Journey one was interesting because it was all about how to use AI so this one here 47,000 members or or Learners and $20 a pop looks like he's got quite a bit going on here and 11 hours of video okay this is something that's very basic very easy what we're doing is we're looking at the concepts and looking at what we want to use now if we were to go over to like master class this is a more robust platform I think Gordon Ramsey has his um product on here too so we have something about how to make fabric um character development all kinds of different things here where they're going through I mean here's one on beef Tallow or whatever now if we were to go through even more skillshare is more based on skills so we could take a look at what they rank for um easy line drawing here's some line drawing course photography course online art courses different things like this and if you were to go through and isolate this we could do a um let's see where is it like a little filter or something and say hey we only want it to include stuff that has the word course in it or something like that we can go through and type in course and it'll just put the courses that people want now if you're worried about making a course don't worry we're going to do a lot of this in AI we're going to make these basic in a very basic tight-knit thing that people want that we could pay or that we could make a lot of money with so think like you know a tax course that helps them with a tax thing that saves them money a course on buying a car or something like that and we want to think about tools and dashboards that we can make here's an animation photography digital editing all kinds of different things handwriting course on and on we go obviously want to look through and see what we have like this one's for Mixology which is for mixing drinks and uh videography fashion 3D printing all kinds of things like that now if we wanted to go through and look at an even bigger one which is like or not a bigger one but a more popular one here on the YouTube you can see school which is prominent with um Alex horos promotes this one all the time looking at this you have digital wealth Academy you have um let's see here emergency plumbing I don't know why they rank for that that's that's an interesting one that they rank for there angel numbers and different things like that so we were to go through and look at the volume on these you can see exactly what's going on okay so here's a a course on kajabi here's a course on um copywriting so there you go copywriting Community classroom and you can kind of see what these ones have so if you were to have like a copywriting community classroom you could see there's quite a few different people looking this up so copywriting boom that that's pretty solid how many of you guys are like yeah if I had a course that was very specific for copywriting more specifically think about copywriting with AI very very simple okay we're going to go through we're going to look at this in a very specific way and think about what a dashboard would look like in that market now to show you the basics of how this works obviously we are going to go through we're going to take all of these and look for our ideas if you don't have ideas we will give you a list of a bunch of ideas towards the end of this you can download them you can go use that here's one for like WordPress courses or whatever it is now looking at this you are going to see that this is a huge business right courses here there's lots of them LinkedIn there's a course on LinkedIn making a bunch of money uh boot dodev is one that's making 500,000 allegedly in monthly Revenue uh whatever this one is here a lot of Revenue here based on different courses and I know some these people are making a lot more now when we look at this what we need to do is we need to start to visualize and look at the map uh the cost versus the value what is this going to be like for us if I was to go for copywriting how would this work okay copywriting courses let's go take a look at udemy see if there's people out there copy writing like this and see what we have so for copywriting complete copywriting course over 2 million students worldwide 27 30-hour copyrighting course $27 ultimate 14 13 so now what we need to do is we want to stand apart from these basic types of courses now some of them might have a lot of training like 30 hours okay but do we need to do that I don't think we do I think we could go through and charge more by providing a different structure as I say all the time on this channel cont content structured differently can and will make you rich when used properly so what I would do is I would go over to something like deep seek and I would say I want to make a copywriting dashboard that is a course type thing something like 20 icons or buttons please and what this will do is it'll actually map it out for you and then you can take a look at other things and pull your own expertise pull your own stuff into it from what you want so going through here it's going through and it's like they mentioned a course type dashboard so it's likely for educational maybe teaching copyrighting excellent so now it's got all the course skills notice how this is going through and it's doing everything for us this is something where I could probably make a pretty solid copyrighting course and charge $100 $300 or more if I do it the right way and the right right way would be how many people want to go out there and listen to 30 hours worth of lectures to write copy yeah not a lot of people most people don't even want to watch an hourong video here on YouTube they want the 30 second getrich in 2 seconds version where you know can we do a happy medium can I make something simple okay so now it's going through and it's outlining the foundations intro to copyrighting copyrighting fundamentals audience research headline this is looking pretty good now we can go through and say now please make this a pretty HTML page with all the icons and this is something that's very simple and for those that have followed me for some time you know that one of the courses that I created years ago we used to have an ebook and or a physical book an ebook and also a um what do you call it a video so it used to be like a DVD and stuff like that which was cool I charged like $97 for it people loved it then what happened is I was able to transform it into what I call a dashboard this is the dashboard if you were to go get the Simple Sites course this is what you would get you can get that at uh I'll give you guys the link a little bit later um but going through this is what it looks like I have videos I have icons you could go into the video archive see all the videos this teaches you about product ownership membership sites all kinds of stuff and it's actually very easy very basic what this does is it increases the value of the course by having them go through it in a different way again information structure differently can and will make you rich so let's take a look at what this looks like it's got the colors it's got all this stuff here okay so we're going to hit run HTML when this is done gives us a minute to have a drink all right like this um the dashboard is something that you are going to sell okay so what we're doing is we're actually making a product so if I hit run HTML I could see copywriting Mastery dashboard it's got the little icons which looks really good it's even color coding them social media copy different things like this now I could go through and I could say okay that looks great now if I want to have it based on AI what are some tools prompts and other things I could offer to increase the value let's go through and look at this and what we're going to do is we're going to increase the value instantly now notice how we are going to take from other places and we're going to put all this together understanding how the cost value works and how we're going to build this is key because if I could go through and I could make a course that's going to be $300 $500 or more and have upsells and different things like that I can do really really really well using this example okay again what we're doing is we're going to be able to go into our niche in a different way having something better and different than what everyone else is doing being able to charge more and having something they're actually going to enjoy because as we know most courses people don't even open them they don't even try them out which is why most people get no results but at any rate we have to look at this and you could see the e-learning market is estimated to be about a billion dollars a day so this is a billion doll a day Market okay that's a lot of money there now going through and looking at this if we were to go even deeper and say okay now let's do this let's see what kind of tools so chat GPT prompts Jasper grammarly great so now please make this a h HTML page same kind of style okay and it's going to go through and it's going to build this out what's going to happen is we are now going to have our dashboard which is going to have different screens attached to it okay a lot of people think this stuff is super complicated it's not it's literally just web pages or code Pages if they're on a computer and we'll show you how this works as well in just a minute how to make it into a software because here's the deal if I have a course versus a software you're going to pay a lot more money for the software versus the course so now it's going through and it's going to make the HTML page for this and all I need to do is put this together and I'm actually going to show you live here on the call how we set this up and make it work now if I was to do this example I would go through maybe use something and I'll I'll give you the tools stack and we'll have them available um in the notes as well but if I was to go to Gemini and say please make a logo for uh copyright and an AI copywriting course it'll go through and it'll make a little logo for me and we're just going to use that on all of the pages now as we go through we can prompt this in the beginning and say hey this is the logo I want to use and make it work okay so there's your AI propy Prof AI copyrighting course logo all right so going through mapping out what is this going to look like if I was in the copywriting course I see that a lot of people are charging 27 and it looks like deals on them so 1591 15989 you could even go to chat GPT right like this and you could say um list out the costs of popular copywriting courses and it'll give you an overview of the market and what people want what we need to do is we need to think about where we want to be back when I first started um The Simple Sites course most people were charging anywhere from $ 20 to $97 for courses and then there was a gap where it went to like $2,000 what I did is I went in the middle of that Gap and I said I'm going to charge $300 and then if they want to buy other stuff later they can so now we're seeing this one's $497 750 a year 450 520 and on and on we go so I think if I was able to make a really good course and I was able to charge $300 for it now think about this if I charge 300 bucks for this all I would need is three sales a day and I'm making $30,000 a month if I do one sale a day I'm making $100,000 a year or roughly $110,000 per month so how many of you guys are like okay wait a minute I'm getting this I'm willing to slow down a little bit put some time and effort into making something good that's going to make me passive money over over and over again cuz a lot of people that come to me they try to look for the shortcut and the shortcut takes them like 10 years and they never get any faster they never get anywhere so if they just took the time and said okay I'm just going to do this the right way rather than the quick way and make it work now can this happen quick yeah I'm going to show you how to set these up and how to walk them through as we saw with Clive dude's getting results awesome stuff um a lot of people are getting results and you just have to understand where they come from now when we're going through we want to add to it which is going to make us stand out what can I add can I go through and add the um icons for the tools and things like this okay so now you have ai writing assistants SEO and data tools so that's okay I'm going to say make it icons like a dashboard let's do like three rows or so and for columns or something like that and it'll actually go through and it'll Design This and what's going to happen is now we can visualize what is this going to look like how would we take it through what are the steps that someone would need to get the results they want so let's say uh we'll pick the example that we're going to do live which is going to be let's say we can either do streamer profits or we can do Outsource profits which one you guys want type streamer if you want to do like you know live streaming tips how to make money live streaming or Outsource if you want to do the Outsource one let me know and we'll we'll go with the one that you guys like and show you how to map it out but either way what you want to do is you want to look at okay so basically the guy wants to be over here and he wants to be like the top streamer right so there's there's our play button he wants to be the top streamer or he wants to be the Outsource money getter okay Matt says he wants streamer it's a good mix so far we got Outsourcing and streamer most people are saying streamer so we we'll go for that so if this guy wanted to be the top St actually it looks like outsourcers is winning we'll wait for a few more it's a really tough mix you guys are not making it easy on me all right so uh let's say we'll just build them both okay so if he wanted to do Outsource okay what does he need to do to become the top outsourcer well first he needs to understand what jobs he wants or how to pick the outsourcers or what he wants to pay or different things like that if he wants to be the top streamer we need to map that out as well and if you don't know how to do that don't worry AI can do that and you can look at like books and chapters and things like that so if I was to say something like in chat gbt let's go ahead and use um 03 mini High I think that's the one we want to do or let's to1 see how that one does okay we can go through and say um if I wanted to make a course about Outsourcing what could 12 modules look like and it'll actually go through and it'll give us the modules and it'll give us the outline of what it's going to look like okay same thing like we did over here with uh deep seek where it gave us those those ideas and now it's going through through and making the the outline right so AI writing SEO tools templates analytics so having templates would be a GameChanger for this market right how many of you guys are like yeah if you had a copywriting course that was just a bunch of videos versus hey here's 50 different emails here's 50 different social media things here's 50 different examples of landing pages here's um a guide on picking your brand voice here's one on analytics or whatever it is how many of you guys are like oh yeah if it had that that would be Game Changer much like with my Simple Sites course where we're going through and it's like okay it's not just a course this is now something where it's taking you through it has software it has links it has all the things that you need to make this work and it literally walks you through everything super simple video oriented good stuff okay this is where we're getting getting into hey now my Niche is going to be way better now I could do something way better and this can be done in markets where maybe it's like recipes or something simple where everyone's charging eight bucks for their course you can be an outlier and charge more if it has tools maybe maybe it would have like a tool for conversion right oh hey put in the cups here it's going to equal this here very very simple okay awesome stuff um so now we're going to go through and see what that's going to look like over here deep seeks here and you know you can walk it through and everything like that so let's go through and and actually see how this would work and give it a go all right so let's go through we're going to start with deep seek and I'm going to say I want to make a very visual dashboard for my course about how to be a professional live streamer in various niches hopefully it keeps it clean we'll keep it over here because you know some people live stream other stuff so we're going to go through and we're going to get this dashboard and understand exactly how it's working okay we can also go through and see all right are there other courses out there are there things on udemy for live streaming or uh building a business that way and then what we're going to do is we're going to start to build this thing up now as we build it we're also going to get website content and content for social media and content to promote it so as we build it we are promoting uh we're getting stuff to promote it as well it's kind of like a a main You Know You're Building all of it together so there's no extra work involved so now we're going through and we have all the the outline here and then we're going to ask it to make that HTML page the HT HL page you can edit so if I wanted to do this one what I would do is I would get my logo okay so let's say for the streamer one I liked kind of like this one this looks kind of cool so what I'm going to do is I'm going to use a program like snagit I'm going to capture this here all right like this okay capture that let's trim it up a little bit and I'm doing this because if I save it it'll be like a web P file which I don't want that okay so I'm just going to save it as stream logo.png okay super simple now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go over to my website right over here and I'm going to find the file manager for for that specific one so over here we'll go into streamer profits okay and then I'm just going to click on upload I'm just going to drag and drop that file that I just created which is the logo and it should be right here see how it goes into the quick access so now just to show you how it works streamer profits.com stream logo.png should work all right so let's go over here and we'll do streamer profits.com /re logo.png there we go bada bing bada boom good deal how many of you guys are like cool that's pretty simple type logo if you guys see that okay so now I can go through and I can say now please let's see how many so we got six quite a few make the dashboard with icons and a cool look with this logo at the top and a disclaimer disclosure at bottom for this website okay so it's going to go through and it's going to create this icons and cool looking grid layout please okay so it's going to go through and just make sure take a look at what this looks like yeah so it just has a WordPress on it right now which is nothing so what I'm going to do I'm just going to bypass the WordPress by just taking the index file renaming it and I'll just rename it uh WP index WP cuz we're not going to use the WordPress on there okay so now I'm going to go through and create this dashboard okay did I get it looks like it's making it and then while we're waiting for that I could literally just go over here and do create new file index.php let's make it lowercase so it actually works index.php and then I'm going to edit it now what happens is when you create these you can actually lock them behind a password protected folder so if I wanted to add a new folder and call this dashboard or whatever suits my fancy I can actually go through and I can password protect this that way only people who order can go in there so I'd do like streamer profits okay so i' say name save and then it'll ask you for uh which passwords you want so you could do test test test there we go so password would be test test and then when they pay me I would just send them that okay apparently we need to have more so test test there we go okay and then what that would look like all right apparently we need a fancy password but at any rate you get the idea of how that would work uh you would just create that it's there generator there we'll just use this generator there we go and we'll just save it there and then what that'll do is when they go to streamer profits.com dasboard it should be locked yep see how it's locked so super simple like you could just PayPal boom there you go is webp image format really needed I don't like using it because it just messes with a lot of stuff that I want to do so I'm not going to use it now let's go through run HTML here game stream Mastery setting up engaging okay so it's getting better we could do more icons please and since I see that this one actually has a different color scheme up here where the logo is going to go what I'm going to do is I am going to make my logo I can make it transparent okay super simple and probably make the letters white as well just so they stand out on that one specifically and sometimes you have to go in and do like these little guys here just because it's going to show up on that background for you and then if I wanted to make the the letters a different color boop boop and you can fix this up later this is just my super simple version okay so you could just save it like that or if you want you can say um now please use my logo so you would do stream logo and you could say more icons please and use my link as the logo white background on Logo bar please so it'll go through and it'll do this in a very simple way again don't overthink it just build it out it's not too hard to do you just follow through now as we go along you're going to want to put more things in here these are good as lead magnets they're good as things that you can sell all kinds of stuff and as we go through you want to think about what you can add right maybe going through and saying okay chat gbt um maybe I can go through let's get a new chat GPT maybe I can go through and I could say what are some cool tools I could offer to streamers that want to build their audience maybe I can have like a domain finder that would be a pretty good one okay so now we're going through here and it's going to reason a bit so we'll just pop over here real quick see if it fixed it with our our image and adding the new icons right over here stage lighting audio mixing okay this is cool music licensing that'd be a good one maybe you could generate a bunch of royalty-free music that they can use okay so now we have this it's got our disclaimer run HTML all right so now we have our logo it's got these cool little icons up here game stream Mastery music streaming Fitness streaming so it's it's getting there is this my favorite no I would probably focus it now focus it more with more icons rows and columns on how to be a pro streamer this is like a stream for a living course and it should go through and do that for us okay now as we're going through I can copy the HTML and if I wanted to put it on my site all I would need to do is go to that index file we made edit paste in this Here and Now on streamer profits.com that should load let's see here streamer profits.com there we go so see how we're getting there do you guys see how this looks it's like okay yeah this would actually be a pretty cool course it's got all the stuff here and then I could go through and say now make this one right so I would say okay make the make the icons linkable right and then you can just walk it through let's see how this one's going is this making sense if it is smash a like button let me know and then I'm going to show you how to make the actual courses and things as well it's really cool okay so it's got some monthly income stuff here actually want and it is valuable right so now it's got a little card there Revenue channels this is looking like it's doing a lot better now please make them linkable based on my site and we'll call HTM L something like that okay so let's see while this is going we're going to test this one here okay and again a lot of it is about the structure the structure is everything if you structure it right people will want to use it so now we got there we go this is looking pretty cool it's getting there right so now we have monthly income hours needed follower goal whatever Pro equipment good so now you have all this stuff here and hopefully it's going to go through and create it with the links so looks like it's going to see how it's making the structure SL income schedule growth tools all you got to do is add them in so like if I wanted to do income right we go through and be like okay now I need a file called income new file income. HTM and I'll show you exactly how it's going to work very simple all right so let's go over here get this one going so there we have have um income and it's going okay so it's got that please make the whole file please all the content that way cuz see how it's like oh add these Contents I don't I want it to do it for me so that's why I'm going to ask it to redo it but see how it's got all the different pages this is looking pretty good and so now it's going to build the whole thing um do I think that using deep seek is better than repet I've never used repet um I would say they all have their own place so like we're going to go through we're going to be using Gemini for certain things and we're going to be using notebook LM for some things um so going through that's kind of how we want to structure it and then as we go through I will find content about how to best name your stream okay cool let's go find some content about how to name your stream throw it into notebook LM get a course module out of it it'll even create an audible where they can listen to it very very simple stuff okay so let's see if this goes through right like this okay uh still know at PHP learning app traffic for free and I didn't have to do anything yeah there's a benefit most of them don't right like if you put it on you to me you can get the traffic but it's probably just going to be buried you're not going to go anywhere so you have to get traffic anyway and if I get traffic anyway I better be making money and controlling the whole thing very very very important okay so that's where this is at and that's how this is going to work and if you're not that big start with that little password thing I remember years ago I think it was Ryan dice had a course and he was like the password was same for everyone like I literally had the same password I think he might have even had it to where there was it didn't matter what you put in the password box it just let you in now I would like to lock it somewhat but I think people get a little um a little flipped out about like oh my God this needs to be on lockdown no it doesn't like literally doesn't need to be that crazy lock down your course isn't that great come on we're going to try to make it good but not going to be that great so like you know quick books or whatever um looking at all the niches there so now let's see where HTM there it is so we'll just do edit nothing in there yet we're waiting for the old deep seek to make it for us and if you're using bolt you would just upload the whole thing I think looking at it in deep seek is going to help with confusion because this makes all its own crazy stuff which you know I don't want to get confused if you want to get confused go for it uh but for me I want to make this really really simple okay so this is inheriting the Styles I don't know if that's going to keep it we'll test it and it's basically just trial and error and it should create a nice little uh Revenue ticker for us okay average watch time and you can kind of like you're going to learn coding by accident which is kind of cool I mean you might not be the best coder in the world but it will show you some stuff um GPT says I don't know much about coding it's awesome watching Gemini write code Gemini is pretty cool at code and as we go through here what I'm going to do is I'm going to use something like notebook LM right over here and I'm going to create a new book and I'm going to go through it looks like they added some new stuff here um so I'm going to go through that's interesting it's got some weird little stuff here but at any rate I'm going to go through and I'm going to find different resources based on live streaming right so I would do like Google how to be a professional streamer what I'm going to do is I'm going to learn this stuff for them spend a week spend a couple weeks I mean if you're going to make a course that you expect to make $100,000 a year with if you think you're going to just go to deep seek and be like make the course you got another thing coming you got to add to it you got to make some things right maybe I'll go through and have a prompt or something like that very simple um so if I go through and I Google something like how to make a living live streaming right I could go through and I can find what people want so like if I wanted to go through and say oh hey you know what um it's find this one printify talks about it or this talks about it I could put these in into gemini or not Gemini I'm sorry notebook LM so add Source paste a link boom you can even put YouTube videos and stuff like that and then what this will do is it'll go through and it'll learn about it for you it'll create an audio of people talking which you can use as part of your course as well just make sure you know double check it make sure it's not like yeah in order to get rich live streaming you know go do this you want to make sure that it's good stuff right here's an hourlong video from streamyard we could use that one I'm sure he's got a lot streamyard is a pretty big deal when it comes to um live streaming so we could do YouTube paste the video in there you put like 50 different videos in here and boom you're going to learn this stuff super super fast so now we'll go through like this it looks like it's being a little bit slow here but that's all right we'll just wait for that it's probably because I'm on edge they probably want me on Chrome right but now we can generate some content that's going to look really good and then as we're going through let's go through this is our um Outsourcing one we'll get to that in a minute but now we could go through and I could say now come up with prompts live streamers might want to use list the types and what they do and how they help right so now we're going to get something like okay here's some prompts you can use here's some of this you can use here's some of that you can use um and having that as part of our course is going to boost the value because now we're going to have it in the dashboard boost the value bada bang bada bang we are ready to go it's going to take a while because we're in Pro like this and GPT says I use Gemini Claud GPT and perplexity for research and put those in to notebook LM like a mini AI agent I agree I think that is a fantastic way to do that and doing that to build your course will help think about the questions other people don't ask that's what we want to get to right that's where you want to be um and as we go through let's see how it did on this one here looks like it does have the tool okay so it's got like a little how much you can make it looks like it's like actually doing something here it probably needs to be uploaded so let's just upload this to um the income file boom then we would do streamer profit SL income.

building the course now if it takes you a couple weeks that's fine that's what we want to do we want to make something that's actually going to make us a living and I guarantee if you do this for a couple weeks you're going to be way farther ahead of where you would be just watching other videos and hoping for a quick way to make money this is the quickest way I mean go through you make it work and some of these can be very very simple right you could go through and say okay what are some simple ideas and I actually have a list of them for you so if you wanted to say like an SEO master class or content marketing strategy right maybe you could go through and make an AI content marketing strategy um course or Pinterest right if you were to do Pinterest right I could say I want to make a Pinterest course on how to get popular on Pinterest or whatever what would that look like get the icons then say Okay are there some prompts are there some tools can I give them some templates they can use for canva thinking about all these things that you can add is going to be the game Cher so now we're going through we're looking at um adding the tools and different things like that let's see how this one's coming out challenge prompt story memory trivia okay these are cool so stuff like that would work really well let's take look at the Outsource one and see how that works because we can add to that right so let's go back let's start a new one and we'll do let's make a dashboard uh let's say nine icons three rows of three for an Outsourcing profits course make it visually appealing and easy to look at right and then we can have it add our logo as well going through like this can I go through and say okay well maybe I would go through and say let's do chat GPT we'll just open a new one in four so it's quicker we could say what are some prompts people hiring outsourcers might need right like this they might need prompts to guide the hiring training management excellent WR write a job description create a job posting great now create these be detailed and we'll see how it does and giving these away in your course would boost the value comes with 50 um 50 prompts or or a prompt generator right you can make a prompt generator off of that where basically it would make a template so on this example um now create a fill inth blanks template for the prompts where the user can enter their info and get lots of prompts very simple okay very easy so now we're like this Outsourcing prompts fill in the template job posting WR a job description for job rooll responsibility whatever okay and then you would go through and say now make this a PHP tool where they can enter the stuff and it actually gives them um that as well then you can even do like maybe you would have now how about some sample hiring docs and agreements this would be fantastic right a lot of this stuff is like oh now we're getting somewhere now for someone who wanted to Outsource this would be great maybe um how to talk on Skype or what people expect or what to pay or how to pay um different things like that is is really really cool okay and so now we have the dashboard it made for Outsource profits see what it looks like three rows of three is what we asked it for nice profit growth analysis cost efficiency Global Partnerships Roi calculator contract op this is pretty good right I might change a few like some of these are a little highbrow for the audience I would go for um but when you look at this Outsourcing courses go for a lot and you can talk about the the pitfalls the dangers the good stuff the bad stuff links um different stuff like that that you can add to it thinking about going the extra mile whenever you're doing this stuff with AI what's going to make you stand out is going the extra mile can you go farther for your customer where everyone else is just going to spit something out and chat gbd how can I make it better how can I make this work kind of game over I don't know if I have the software on this computer I don't remember I don't think I do uh but what I use to make software is I will use a program like HTML exe HTML exe will actually create a a downloadable program from an HTML file so whatever I create it's like a little dashboard that'll pop up as a a program now this one it is a paid program but it's pretty solid I mean I've used it lots of times and what it does is it packages your software or your your page into a software much like an app a lot of people don't know an app is literally a web page that's all it is is a web page you look at Netflix what is it it's a web page that's all it is it's in a different format if it was just a web page nobody would pay for Netflix they'd just be like hey you know i' get that on the web it's free but having it behind something like this is key so what this does is it allows you to compress it into your own it was event it was originally like an ebook kind of thing but once it got more robust we were able to use it as software which is really really cool um and then what I do is I compile it in the software and then we use something like smart install maker and smart install maker will make it to where it will install on their computer very simple I've done this for years it works like crazy and it increases the value of what you're trying to do okay very cool uh Matt says you got to check out the new bolt update that now does apps natively yeah definitely got some videos planned on that one um but going through and using these is key and adding those extra things that are going to boost up the the the value because the more you can do like I know you know people talk about value add value add value add value and it gets kind of tiring because they never tell you what that is well value is like we're doing here going the extra mile showing you how to do things teaching you what this flow would look like how to create it um going through and saying okay well maybe I can go through and and get some documents on compliance or contract optimization or whatever it is right and then say now please make now please make the ROI calculator and it'll walk you through it and make it very very simple um and and going through okay how can I make that like looking at a course like this let's say you had copywriting course okay this thing sold quite a few like that's some decent cash here 3 hours of on demand video seven articles 20 downloadable resources I would think that okay so how to write an a call to action that's three minute video 8 minute meet Aida we talk about that all the time um headlines in a nutshell I mean this is pretty simple if we wanted to do a copywriting one now make a dashboard for a copywriting course using AI okay let's do 12 icons for by3 visual and neat looking right you could go through and you can have top copywriting prompts right so here's our our calculator boom how much does it cost $56 $1 revenue generated a lot there you go super simple and these little tools they work like crazy if you understand why someone would want them instead of just a recipe course or whatever could you have one with a a calculator that's like oh five cups is this or whatever okay so now we have the dashboard for the copywriting and here we go so here's the 4×3 grid for AI copyrighting course and while we're waiting on this I can go to keyword Explorer and do copy writing course right like this I can go to chat GPT I can ask it for a copywriting glossery I'm just basically comp I'm a compiler that's what I'm doing I'm compiling information and that's basically what people do like you learn copywriting from a lot of copywriting people you learn it your way and you package it into a course it's pretty simple like there's nothing new Under The Sun It's all out there anyway so starting to look at this email campaigns automated s this looking pretty good and I can go through and maybe have maybe I could have prompts of the top copyright like that would be value that would be very valuable Now list the top 25 copywriters for sales so now let's see what this looks like a this is actually pretty cool I like this one it's got a little new tab AI writing tools SEO optimization this is pretty cool and I don't even have to think about it there it is Boom done deal um should you have a domain in could even go through and say oh what are their strengths maybe I can have a list of the strengths and have choose this choose that that would be a really cool tool watch this okay so now it's got all of this here with the prompts and then what I'm thinking now list all the um charistics I got to sound that out characteristics of that each has no names just a big list like storytelling scarcity ECT giant list please watch this this is going to blow your mind because if I add this into my copywriting thing gon to be a game changer okay and this is the thing where this one thing will sell the course and what you'll notice I remember I think it was Dan Kennedy who said this uh it might have been Gary howbert he said that often times people will buy based on one bullet point and I've done this a lot of times where I'm like hey I just want this one thing therefore I'm going to buy this whole course to get that one thing and if I can't find it I'm irritated right um same thing's going to happen here where people will buy it based on this one thing so now watch this now we have our prompts great I can use that we're going to put it in a a txt file we'll keep that as a back burner what you're doing is you're diving into your market and you're like taking sticky notes and you're like okay we got these prompts you put those over here we got uh this tool we're going to put this over here we got this we're going to put this over here and then you're going to sit down and be like oh crap I have a course that kicks ass so now list all the characteristics each has one giant list please watch this this will be something I can sell and put into my course in a very very very specific way okay uh one of the benefits to using the host that we mention is one price unlimited and that we set up so let's go through here and that's because we're doing those on client sites so now we're go through C oh cool nice it actually organized them like Okay so this in and of itself is something that I can use in my course that's good how many of you guys are seeing this smash a like button if you're like okay this is power this makes sense so now go like this as a PHP tool for my website and you can add your logos and stuff later once you have the code you could just go back in and say now add the logo or whatever so now it's going to create this to make the tool okay and and how simple it could be because I think it freaks a lot of people out um in AI profit scoop we actually do go through this and I actually have a tools course too which was amazing if you want the tools course go into profit scoop ask us about it it was a very expensive course but the replays we could probably sell some some of them um I was planning on making a course but we have to go through that um and the tools class was amazing some of the people made a ton of of really cool tools um Alina's making amazing tools she just made a bunch in like a half hour a couple minutes ago it's like well wait a minute um so they're pretty cool it's not difficult to do um a lot of people are learning this from nothing okay so now it's going to take a while because this is a pretty big tool I mean in it of itself this is actually really cool and if you could tie this into like your chat gbt like um our student that was getting results like this he made a custom GPT and that's how he got most most of these sales and um it wasn't too hard to do so now it's got all of these embedded let's see characteristics complete save as copyrighting upload to your server okay can you make the entire page for me please yeah it is getting to the point where I'm sure we're going to have an AI powered C panel pretty soon um it's getting there not yet but they do have them so now let's see how this works and the key here is to think where other people don't want to think um go in and look at how can I best help someone find what they want like if I was going to help someone save money on a car could I have a tool that gets the price from True Value could I have this that or the other could I have a negotiation email prompt that would be very cool like hey I found this over here for this price x y and z um things that are really going to help them is going to be key think about how can I make their life easier uh you're going to be paid in direct proportion to how many problems or how good of problems you solve for other people uh Wham video says you still need to know things learn them like everybody learned things by going out and learning things when you're born you really don't know much of anything other than how to yell and get food um so everything is learned and if you're willing to do the work that's absolute key okay so now we'll go through and look at this here Adrian says learning new skills is great but nowadays you're better off learning how to write an agent to perform those yes and no I mean I I'm after what is speed like how can I do this the fastest way possible if it takes me a long time to program an agent to do something I can do here in a day like that's in in my opinion I would just do it here like that's going to be the easiest way to go um let's take a look at this one so we'll go ahead I think it was this save reload okay now it's much better now we're getting somewhere imagine if we had a copyrighting course and I had this thing in here and I'm like hey what's the product or service the let's call it the I don't know uh Flex Seal okay what's a target audience people let's do DIY home people uh main problem solved leaks okay so include a relatable Story show transformation offer a money back um let's do show high price first appeal to self-image let's just add a bunch of randoms and see what happen so now this is actually really cool I'm I'm digging this hopefully it works so now we got this and it's actually creating the prompt nice so it creates The Prompt let's put it in chat GPT and see what we get how many of you guys you're like okay if this thing works the way that you're talking about this would be pretty cool um let's see here's a high converting sales copy for Flex Seal for DIY homeowners dealing with leaks from oh no to all fix these the DIY leak solution you need have you ever had the moment uh pass attempts one can 100 uses looks good it's got the little icons so this is doing a lot better making things people don't know how to do imagine if you were going to do one on copywriting you could go through and be like okay now make a tool based on oh this blog post needs a Johnson box this blog post needs an affiliate offer this one needs this that or the other where you're embedding this into your course teach them something cool have the tools there to help them for the people who don't want it um that don't want to like do it themselves and now you're ready to go and what this is going to do is it's going to take it from a $9 ebook to a hundred multi hundred maybe even thousand course very simple um it reminds me years ago when I used to be a magician right I could have got gotten a book on how to be a better magician but instead I got a course it's probably around here somewhere if I looked enough and in that course they have sample ads to run they had sample agreements when you do a school show when you do uh a party when you do this that or the other they had all these sample things that I could use that was what sold me because now I don't have to come up with this stuff I could just run my business and do you know how many business owners there are out there that just want to run their business and not deal with this stuff a bazillion right you can make a course on how to Market your dental practice how to um you know exercise better put all the exercise things in it and you start to look at that and make it very strategic and up the value having this little tool in there would up the value right going through yeah it was Dave D's course that's exactly the one it was um he used to advertise he's actually uh the reason I got into marketing one of the reasons was I called him up when I was broke and I'm like dude I I need more magic shows I'm broke he told me what to change my ad to and I was like oh hey that's cool like changing words meant lots of money um and then I got the magic bug from there which was cool I'm sure every single business owner would prefer not to actually have to run the mechanics of the business exactly and so if you can do that for them that's going to be key maybe you could do one like right now you want a Hu how many of you guys want a huge way to use this right now right now we are in the precipice where people are starting AI agencies and they don't know what to do with them okay I have an AI agency it works really well we make content and all kinds of cool stuff they don't know how to run them what if you made a dashboard that was like okay here's how to run it 1 two three get the content here 456 get this over here here's the prompt generator here's the tool thing boom boom boom use this every time you are working with a client and you will get results and starting to understand it's about structuring things differently can people go out there and learn everything they want about everything for free yeah pretty much like I'm pretty sure if you wanted to you can learn how to you know basically get a PhD without having a PhD and pretty much everything and when you look at that okay the stuff's out there free how am I going to make it different how am I going to make it unique how am I going to make it easier to access how am I going to make it structure different the structure is what sells the structure and the packaging sells better than the actual content now that's not to say the content should suck you should always have good content but knowing that is what's going to be key um I've got notebook LMS trained on 10 social media platform guidelines policies rank bth exactly and think about going through and making that sellable like what if you made that sellable here's my format in a course in a a guide in a dashboard now I can sell that right here you go these prompts will never let you down or or whatever it is um API to learn okay that's cool yeah and that's exactly what you do GPT is you make it based on okay I have this process I'm going to give you this process much like the guy did with the magic thing he was like okay run ad here send mail here do this do that ask for referrals it was all laid out but that was back in the day where we had a binder and CS you had to listen to and and there you go um years ago you want to talk about courses you look at Tony Robbins guy started a course right some of his stuff's kind of questionable it was basically NLP repackage that's all it was um he I think he actually licensed it from uh bandler and grinder and those guys um but what did he do do he repackaged it it was the same thing he repackaged it he went on TV and talked about how great it was and made it a different name why because NLP to most people was like well I don't care about that that sounds a little highbrow he was able to bring it to the masses and make it easy um and then he made it a course DVDs and CDs and all these things now we have it all packaged in a dashboard if you can make these dashboards that is where money is if you do it correctly ly I think if you can explain the benefits of most products you can sell it how would you refer the product to a friend you could do that yeah um let's see marketing practices pretty much dictate and you can always sell trash yeah you want to make sure you sell good stuff make it easy it's not that hard to do and if you're stuck make it simple what if you were out there and you're like okay let's do something super simple keyword Explorer sell your car okay people who want to sell their car sell your car canvas sell your car best place to sell your car here's people looking to sell your car here's one easy okay don't need creativity don't need anything you want to sell your car what do you need first you need to learn about pricing how do you find the price second you need to learn about where to list it third you need to learn about negotiation fourth you need to learn about the forms you need uh fifth you need need to deliver it and make sure it's out car is key and you can make very simple tools that will work because a lot of the stuff is based on uh a URL string like if you went to Kelly Blue Book value right like this and you would look at a URL string what's going to happen is you'll go M car value or Price new let's just do a new one and you would do whatever right let's say Well it wants to be a pain but what'll happen oh you got to do the year first what'll happen is you'll go through and it's going to have up here it will carry this info in the top so therefore I can now put this into my tool right so if I go through and I say okay uh new chat deep seek please make a tool that finds Prices for used cars on popular sites like this note the URL and find it for 3 to five other car price sites and make a tool where I can just search on one boom it's going to go to all of them something simple right here's how to find the price of your car here's how to negotiate very simple stuff and you see there is demand how to how to sell your car how to buy a car without getting ripped off um different things like that work like crazy for atting um using these to generate a mailing list you can also give away part of it free and then lock part of it that's one of the Beauties about this is you can make it very very easy upsells and upgrades like let's say you wanted to make a whole business out of the car one give it an upsell where you could find them the best price on their car it's not that hard to do you know they don't want to negotiate people don't want to talk to dealers you can do that on their behalf or you know get creative think about the tools you can use use notebook LM to do the research use deep research on uh Google Gemini with deep research is fantastic for doing research on like you know how to find um prices of cars or whatever it is maybe make a Target price tool or whatever chat gbt all of these tools you can use and I will have a list of all the different dashboards and niches over at AI profit scoop.com but again don't over complicate this think about something you can make easy try to make one with like three buttons on it something simple um make it very easy do the work spend the time make it good um that's going to be what's going to separate not making money from actually making money uh how can we create and build a software as a service or web app like this now code well if you're going to do that that's for a different video we talk about software as a service all the time I was actually I think I was the first one to talk about using chat G PT as a coder to make money back in 2022 uh you can watch that video still holds true today we had one the other day that that I brought it up as well uh to lock info again you're just going to go into your C panel you could do file manager and then when you create a directory you can password protect a directory or you can use a membership site software you could use WordPress something like that um I use a member
