today I'm going to show you exactly step by step how to turn $2.50 per hour into $30 an hour or more and not only that but you can do this multiple times each and every day and it's actually super easy and I'd like to apologize UPF front for not being as entertaining as usual I'm actually really tired today but I wanted to make this video to show you inside one of my seven figure businesses how easy it is to run and how you can build a business for yourself I mean just take a look at these examples here number seven the average hourly rate is $8 total time spent 6 hours for a cost of $48 netting me a profit of $452 and all I had to do was send someone instructions and get paid or this one here hourly rate of $6 2 hours on the project banking me $138 in profit this next one's a doozy 30 hours $5 hourly rate meaning the cost to me was 15 I charge the customer 700 and pocket 550 and using this process has made me lots of money but let's get something out of the way up front the results you are about to see and the results I've made are not typical implied or guaranteed in fact the average person trying to make money online makes nothing this is a business you got to do the work and even if you do the work there's no guarantee you're going to get rich but I believe what you're about to learn is going to change those odds in your favor so if you're ready to make this work what Outsourcing is doing Outsourcing we can go out there and get people to do different skills jobs and tasks for a small amount of money here in the United States the average income for one worker is somewhere between 40 and $50,000 a year so if I wanted to pay someone to make videos and they live here in the USA it's going to cost at least $50,000 a year which is a lot of money which means my profit margin goes down and my risk goes through the roof but using Outsourcing I can actually find people in other count where $100 a week is enough to live on and many people in these countries actually thrive on this type of work in fact just a couple weeks ago I got a note from one of my Outsource workers Nico and he talked to me about how this job had changed his life and allowed him and his family to open a catering business which is the business of his dream and he still works for us part-time to make extra money it actually works out really great and you get to change people's lives and help them out for the better just make sure no matter where you're hiring always treat your people really really well and the cool thing about this is you can start small you don't have to hire someone full-time right away you can do it on a per task basis per hour per week or whatever it is you agree on and the benefits of Outsourcing is huge you get a cost break you get to work with really cool people and you get paid for being the middleman by quality checking and making sure the work is done correctly it's actually super simple now there are a few challenges sometimes there's some trouble managing teams usually if you have 10 or more outsourcers it gets a bit much that's when I decided to hire a manager for my outsources and make it a little easier on myself however just managing one or two you can actually make a small fortune in a super simple way and the key to making this work is this make sure you do one thing and one thing really really well if you're going to build websites build them for realtors or hair stylists or one small group of people and do it really really well if you're going to write content again find one specific group and do it really well or if you're going to make little whiteboard explainer videos find one way to do them and do it really really well now I got to tell you Outsourcing before was a little elusive we had to pay people a week to get some good content or some good output and it was kind of crazy with the invention of AI things have gotten ridiculously faster easier easier and way more profitable what AI has allowed us to do is teach our outsourcers how to use AI along with certain tools such as video tools Microsoft Word coding tools image editing tools canva different things like that where they're using AI alongside the tools and getting work done that used to take 30 hours in like four so just imagine how profitable this can be next up we're going to need a few tools the place that I like to go and hire people is onlinejobs.ph you can come right over here like this and post a job you can see here this is the one I did for a Pinterest pin maker here I was hiring for a programmer and over here a proofreading copy editor and these skills are in super high demand this is super important and we can see here again looking at the different jobs we can do we can turn to Fiverr to see what's in demand now I'm not going to use Fiverr to sell my services because sometimes it's a little difficult to get started to get traction and you're in a pricing war I'm going to show you a better method in just a minute but we are going to use Fiverr to look at what's out there now some of you guys might use Fiverr to make lots of money because they have a built-in database of customers that are buying this stuff like crazy I buy stuff on Fiverr all the time and we can see here some of the different things that are in high demand now you can go to fiverr.com right like this and see the projects that are in demand or you can use a keyword tool and take a look at some of the keywords that Fiverr ranks for that get lots of traffic over here we can see logo design gets 18,000 visitors a month that's a lot of traffic going to Fiverr looking for logo and that's not all if we were to go here and sort this by the word logo you're going to see that there's actually lots and lots of keywords with the word logo Fiverr logo Fiverr logo design logo design logo maker and on and on we go there's probably close to a half a million people searching for Logos online maybe even more which means if I was to hire someone to create logos for businesses I taught them how to do it in a really good way then I can come over here and charge like $60 $45 or even $130 Outsource that work say it takes 5 hours for the outsourcer to do at $5 an hour that's 25 bucks I pocket the difference and it really is that easy we can go through and see lots of other terms that are ranking on Fiverr for things people want website Services Design Services SEO services for getting ranked on search engines different things about copyrighting fixing audio files and on and on we go I'm going to get to these in just a minute because what you want to do is pick one and do it really really well maybe you're making checklists or flyers for a business you can go out there and make a flyer or a checklist or Pinterest pins or whatever it is for a business and you can Outsource this based on the work that you do the key is you are going to come up with the strategy based on what people want so if I was to say something like flyer design here's thousands of people every month that are looking for Flyers maybe I go out there and I make flyers that are designed to get phone calls or designed to get people to a website or designed to do something that's going to make the business money I specialize in one thing specifically which makes me in high demand I'm able to charge more and the customers are literally going to flock to me if I do some of the things I'm about to teach you or we can go through and do something like podcast audio and we can see different people that want to fix their podcast audio right like this we can teach our outsourcers how to use a program like podcastle AI which is one I use all the time and you could see here it's like $11 a month for 8 hours of recording and you could see here these guys are editing the sound of podcast they're getting tons and tons of sales and they're basically just removing audio and fixing up the stuff which is basically what podcastle does anyway for super cheap so what I would do is very simple I go out there and I promote my services of podcast or Flyers website design SEO Services content or whatever it is then I get an outsourcer A or or a group of outsourcers these outsourcers make anywhere from2 to $8 per hour I give them access to an account like podcastle or canva which I pay anywhere from like $8 to $50 a month or more for the outsourcer is trained on how to use those Tools in my specific way maybe they're using chat GPT to make logos maybe they're using chat GPT to make outlines or data sets for different customers very easy things that have a low barrier of entry and let's say I charge $50 to fix a 30 minute podcast audio I train my outsourcer on how to use the audio fixer they fix the audio maybe it takes them two hours I think that's a bit much but let's call it two hours just for fun I pay the outsourcer $16 and that only uses up 116th of the amount I can use on podcastle which means that's only costing me about $16.50 I pocket 50 bucks and all is right with the world and I'm going to show you an example in just a minute of other jobs you can use this for to make tons of money and we can see here even in the flyer Niche they're still getting lots and lots of sales now let me break this down and show you exactly how it works here are some of the different gigs that we looked at descriptions the price range of what you can charge the difficulty how much the average hourly rate is outsourcing this work how long it takes and with AI how long it's really going to take and as you can see AI chops the time drastically so if we were to write an email follow-up series let's go to Fiverr let's take a look at email followup we can see here that people are charging for email follow-up Services anywhere from like 145 $20 $5 50 105 125 105 and different things like that so writing an email follow-up series used to take a long time it would take all week to come up with using AI we can do this in minutes about 1 to two hours is probably pretty fair to write five to seven emails so if I have my outsourcer I give them access to chat GPT I show them my specific instructions on how to write emails with chat GPT that means I can pay anywhere from like $6 to $12 for the outsourcer to do the work and since they're charging like $100 or more I can make a lot of money really quick some other things you can do is landing page copy this one goes for $100 to $500 blog content creation where you're making blog post this one could be anywhere from $50 to $300 per post however we need to be upfront and tell them we are using AI in the process which means I'd probably be closer to the $50 per post range however still paying $6 for that to get done and pocketing $44 I'll take that every day and twice on Sunday again remember you are going to train your outsourcers on a specific way to do this and if you don't know how to do it spend a day or two studying blog content learn how to write blog content learn how to use chat GPT to write blog content learn how to use grammarly to check it for plagiarism learn all these different things and you will be in high demand and once you teach this to your outsourcers you can put money in your pocket all day every day guest posting this is where you would teach an outsourcer how to go out there and find places to guest post arrange them and post on the site again super easy but tedious and not that many people want to do it and not that many people want to do this stuff writing product descriptions anywhere from 30 to 60 Minutes paying the outsourcer like $6 we can pocket quite a bit here too writing ad copy sales copy social media copy oh yeah and by the way did you know that I teach all this stuff free on my channel you can watch the videos in the description and learn exactly the things that I taught my outsourcers to do for me so I can make lots of money I'll put some videos in the description showing how I use AI in a specific way press releases writing press releases works really well especially if you know how to do SEO and how to use those press releases to get traction and make money for the businesses ux writing that one's a little complicated translation services now with AI super simple technical writing grant writing ebook formatting this is a big one you can format an ebook based on people's content Outsource that and make tons of money whiteboard animation this is where you would go through and use a tool like vide scribe or something like that again the pricing for these tools is actually pretty low for this one if I was to choose the annual plan here it looks like I can get licenses for about $180 per year per license which means it's like 50 cents per day per outsourcer and if I train them how to use it and they can make a video in anywhere from five to 15 hours using AI the way I teach them then I can get a video for like 30 bucks and resell it for big money or you can get into more bigger Services where you would be the manager of their social media account you would get a client tell them that you would schedule the post based on their content Outsource the whole thing and start an entire agency yes ladies and gentlemen this is a legit business anyone can do but first we're going to want to do some market research as we talked about above find a niche find a product and services that you can do within that Niche instead of just going out to all the podcast people maybe look at like religious podcast or marketing podcast or podcast about wrestling or whatever it is and be specific to your Niche and help those people in that Niche that's going to be much easier 25 years ago when I did this for different companies and I helped them rank on the search engines I would go to limousine companies and Market to them specifically because I knew it was easier to get one group of people to say I'm a specialist in Limousine Company advertising versus hey I'm just an ad guy right very very simple so we're going to look at that and identify our Niche and go for that specific Niche then we're going to build our business model how we're going to price it the best way to do this is using PayPal because most of our outsourc ERS will take PayPal and we can take Paypal from the customer that means the money that we pay them never really comes out of our pocket because it comes out of the sale we already got I get 500 bucks in PayPal I pay them $20 $100 and I pocket the difference it's a lot like Drop Shipping only we're using a service and of course always look at the legalities of hiring certain people in certain countries and what they're like for your area always make sure you're doing things legit offer a good service take care of your clients even if it costs a little bit more money make sure you do a good job and when using AI tools always disclose that you are using AI to create content because let's face it most people don't care anyway as long as the content is good next what we're going to do is set up our business again you can go to Fiverr set up a business post post your services collect the money bada bing bada boom or my favorite method would be set up a website if you were to go over to content profit strategy.com this is where I sell the services that I taught my people to Outsource we can go through and sell blog posts and articles Pinterest content books video content email content and pretty much everything that makes online businesses yeah get business then it's time to hire our team we're going to go out there and we're going to go to onlinejobs.ph and post a job it's very simple it only takes a couple minutes minutes and every time I post a job we get hundreds and hundreds of applicants this one got 112 92 17 yep these people are eager to get started then we can build a website set everything up you can use payal stripe or any other merchant account to take money just make sure you're super honest about the services you provide next we're going to launch our business our marketing strategy and our business is going to be very simple when you go out there to Market you can do cold emails to the businesses you're looking for maybe you find a list of Christian podcast or religious podcast or Limousine Company owners or restaurants that are struggling that need flyers you're going to go out there and you're going to offer your services show them how inexpensive it is and show them what it's going to do for them specifically this is why going after a specific business is super important because if I say I'm just going to get you more traffic most people don't know what that means but if I say when prom season RS around you're going to have lots of people looking to book your limousines how am I going to do that well here's how and here's what it costs bada bing bada boom you're in the money or we can go out there and create content around our certain Niche limosine SEO marketing as we can see here there's people specializing in limousine marketing but it's actually not that competitive in fact if you were to take a look at some of these keywords there's not much competition at all and these keywords would drive you business day in and day out if you want a little tip take some of the SEO stuff you learn here on this channel then make some little videos about how it works and drive them to your sales page for your content it really is that easy wash rinse repeat get paid you can also do calls emails or whatever it is to get people into your business in fact in just a minute I'm going to show you how I'm doing this for a new Outsourcing class that we're going to have very soon stay tuned for that next up we just get the clients if you have a website and you're driving people from YouTube and Google and other places make sure you put live chat on there because you can have live chat open and just answer people's questions and sell them all day long and to scale we can use podcast content videos testimonials Fiverr or even go out there and Scout new clients again it's super easy and I'm going to have these notes for you over at download myn notes.com and now let's take a look at some example profit margins that I've looked at based on some of these skills if we were to do email follow-up series we can profit as much as 91% landing page copy 84% blog content creation 90% guest posting 80% product descriptions add copy and on and on we go we can do this for sales copy 90% social media copy which is in super high demand oh yeah and you can even promote this on social media to get more visitors all you got to do is go to those groups where people post about their business all day every day but don't really get much business show them how you can help them and bada bing badab boom you get paid press releases ux writing translation services and on and on we go as you can see there are tons of ways to make money being the middleman for outsourcers again your job is to go out there find the outsourcers train them on your specific method for fixing a podcast marketing a limousine company making social media posts for a business creating whiteboard videos photo editing illustrations infographics Pinterest and more and just to show you an example of how this works I actually ordered from my outsourcer last night yes ladies and gentlemen this cost me about $20 but the money isn't in the doing of the task the money is in the strategy behind the task if I was to go to an outsourcer and say make me 25 Pinterest pins to promote my Outsourcing webinar they're going to be like what because they're not marketers so we learn marketing we do the Dirty Work of figuring out what the pins are for right like this and like magic they come up with pins overnight and you could see that these pins were based on the content from this training which means I can put these on Pinterest and label them as side hustles and different businesses you can do to make money and I am in business super super fast and I got these in a manner of hours and as you can see here I use chat GPT to create the tables notes for this video and not only that but it actually came up with drum roll please all 25 of these data sets about the different jobs that make money that I used on the Pinterest pin this took me about 30 minutes and the results speak for themselves it's like the old story where there was a boat a ship and it had a little leak and the captain didn't know what to do so he called in the leak specialist and the guy comes in looks at the pipe Taps on it twice and gives the guy a bill for like $10,000 and the captain freaks out he says $10,000 for what then the plumber gives him an itemize bill that says tapping pipe $1 knowing which pipe to tap $9,999 and our job is knowing what to do with the jobs we give our outsourcers and using AI tools like Google Gemini chat GPT Claude and many others this just got a whole lot easier where it would take me hours to find this information before now it takes just minutes into something that's going to get customers or knowing how to fix a podcast audio or doing any of these
