affiliate Network and what's your background and how's your life and when did you made your first million um and where you from where are you from first uh born in London England live in Canada Calgary when did you make your first million first million uh about 22 years old 22 years old doing what uh back then I was doing uh investment I had as engine firm you were doing Investments yeah cool I created as engine firm and at 22 years old you created it at at the age of 19 but by 22 so you're a legend you're a legend guys guys you see you see the uh wait wait let me flip it guys you see the level PE this guy created an asset management firm at 19 years old made his first million at 22 right what's that mentality wherever you're at in life you can get to that mentality at any time why why you know it's just it's it's all mental right it's 80% mental so what would be your advice to people coming up in affiliate marketing we got like a couple dozen people here watching us what's your advice you can just speak to me yeah that's totally fine um are they more looking to be Affiliates on the affiliate side are they looking on the advertis various levels I've been youtubing about it for 8 years yeah I think I think affiliate marketing is still got 20 years of growth ahead of it I think people don't realize that you know when you look around you digital digital is the way of life is what it is and even though people think that it's very it's a mature industry it's not I think that even if you enter that industry today there's a ton of money to be make whether you're just um an affiliate marketer that want to run offers through an affiliate Network like ours Bank Beach uh we're one of the top one of the best and uh we accept any Affiliates from startup to what they call Super Affiliates guys that have been doing a lot of business and they what's your what's your definition of a super affiliate because my program is the super affiliate system excellent yeah I mean I think I think if a guy runs and I'll keep the bar pretty easily achievable if you run 250 Grand a month in ax I think you're a super I think you do good and you have to make money on it right um I think if you know what you're doing for a few years you find your sweet spot you no one can be a jackal tra right so I think if one guy says hey I'm really good at dating uh offers right like driving traffic or dating off the other guys I'm really good at life insurance off find your sweet spot or double down triple down in focal uh I do agree with you it's never too late to start um I think if you want to make that leap into entrepreneurship or even just an affiliate is kind of like being um so yeah it's never too late it is mental it's uh you know never quit attitude keep going go through the Peaks and the valys and you'll get out the other how many kids do you have now um actually right now none oh okay how old are you how old are you I just turned 40 so holy [ __ ] and when uh uh when did you start Bank Beach and why did you start Bank Beach uh yeah the original company we started 10 years ago is called consumer genius um that's a Le generation firm where we had our own in-house media buyers oh so you guys were the Affiliates we were the Affiliates we were we were generating traffic for major buyers like life insurance companies um Healthcare companies in the US and how much were you doing a year roughly just as Affiliates just as Affiliates but under like we we would say we are like a lead generation for we were doing uh in our first by by year three we're doing Canada's uh 20th fastest scoring firm in the whole country [ __ ] [ __ ] and I think what we saw was that we should stick to what we know so what we did is we said okay there's two ways of doing digital marketing there's the affiliate world and then there's the in-house media world right where you actually have in-house media bars uh affiliate world is great because there's tons of guys out there and people that just want to drive traffic to sites and then there's the in-house media where you can control the ads so we ended up uh kind of merging the two uh created a business development team to go get buyers and s l v then you have yourself regeneration for right so so what's what's what's uh don't get too crazy here but what's uh given that you don't have kids what's like and and and you've made a few dollars in your time what's like an example of like just like a dgen like a d gen thing you've done like an extravagant purchase or something where even you were like a yeah I I I spent too much at the club that night or like something de or you're like I just got a private jet because I forgot my toothbrush and I wanted to ship it to my family vacation what's an example of like a total dgen thing where you even you were like I probably should have used the money that way but you know what such was the time uh I bought the entire Thomas k k Disney painting collection because I grew up watching Disney movies you bought an entire PT 28 paintings from art gallery from a very Thomas K painted in the roll the LI King he's famous now and now I just it's sitting somewhere I kind of yeah uh if you didn't catch that I think everybody caugh but he bought it in ire collection of like very very very expensive like well a list artist uh Disney paintings uh and now affiliate sometimes 100K sometimes 250k this just a lot of factors so you know it's like depend the month it depends on the day and how do how do people sign up okay products you want to you want to Affiliates millions of dollars a month but as you heard that guy he was getting 161,000 in a day and he's uh he's he's he's scaled up oh my battery's getting low he has like whole operation now so do you guys want to see there's a lot of stuff here more Super Affiliates should we try to find more Affiliates more Super Arbitrage ready offers oh what's the question John what's the best product to start affiliate marketing with and the best way to get traffic with no social media following so if you're doing organic traffic where you don't have to worry about compli it depends on your traffic Source okay so you have to figure out something right so if your traffic source is organic traffic you can post anything gambling you can promote gun products you can promote antivirus you can promote you know diet if you're doing if you're going to do a weird like third tier ad Network you could probably get away with that stuff too and those are going to be the most aggressive offers I just say pick and choose the top offer on a network and uh if you're starting with paid advertising I'd say some sort of non-diet non- muscle non- testosterone based neutr product right like a pet CBD or uh stuff like that doesn't really matter though it's more about the process what folks don't understand is it's real work to create ads it's not a hack it's not a system the reason why we have thousands of people at a conference is because people try to learn from each other or you know learn about or you have fine tools right to better create Those ads or post Those ads so it's a process of figuring out good ads but the process is learnable and you can make massive amounts of money if you understand that's why people like me come here you know trading you know in my case I'm trying to find prompting information on prompting that people don't talk about on the internet and uh I'm trying to find uh you know just be a better Mark in my Civ but yeah I'd basically say just you know join ClickBank and promote a if you're doing organic traffic maybe a weight loss offer bizop and if you're doing uh if you're starting out with uh you know p traffic do something that's not those you know profitable and what are you what are you offering and what are they going to be working with um and speak up a little bit Yeah meta or other Med platforms but how much are you offering to pay like just the base it all comes down to what they're what they can do lowest possible amount that you'd pay a person I have a month out of India that does 500 a month and I have a guy I'm paying Grand a month a big spread comes down to what they can do okay okay so uh where do they email you if they want so he's offering $500 to $5,000 a month for a media buyer somebody who can buy meta ads I had two .5 million views on my meta ads training video by the way and I've made Millions with meta you know as an affiliate myself but what so but they saw the exact stuff I did so guys if you guys want a job buying media for Krishan contact him there and what are they what are they media buying for auto leads and Affordable Care calls those are the two main verticles that we focus on and uh what is the the most you've ever paid a media buyer in your organization in a single month can you can you actually say how uh close to how much like like so did you hear that folks so he had media buyers in his company make mid six figures a month so you can you could be an affiliate or you could also work as a media buyer inside of a company loyalty and qualities that's all I go for what did you say that loyalty and quality that's all let's go loyalty and quality loyalty is one of the [ __ ] thank you guys thank you guys loyalty is one of the most important things when you're working for a company it's why everybody sucks these days because people don't have any loyalty you know now you know I teach folks that generally don't want any loyalty you know like you guys don't want jobs or stuff but some sort of social proof so they understand how badass you are and how badass yeah yeah and these are kids from India Pakistan Canada you know young old all over the place demo wise but like what advice give him some social proof about yourself first like and then uh how badass you are and how much like money you've made or something like that or a dgen way you've spent your money that you give you like some business kind number okay oh let's talk like this so just to give you some like business numbers here a company that makes 30 million you can assume let's say an internet company 20% profit margin so I'm not going to tell go in I'm not going to even ask him numbers because it's rude and some of you are very socially awkward on here so I need to explain socialism to you yeah but but but you know that's a lot of money in two months that's a lot of money in two months so that's a lot of money in two months you handle some volume so you got um you did this flashlight offer and yeah yeah did flashlight offer so anyways that's uh that's the backstory so if you're looking if you're looking for what just uh what not to do or what to do yeah just some advice to uh just some advice you I I think your best advice is you know build a brand build um build build around white head offers uh that's pretty much what we do now but like there's so many blackhe head offers out there that seem like great and money makers the anti virus people we came across right when I asked them what traffic sources did you notice how they all kind of looked at each other like they're like should we talk about how because antivirus is just what they're doing is they're they're it's it's they're putting a virus on your computer and then they're telling you to call them and pay them to take take it off and it works really well but uh they know you know it's black hat but you're saying build a wound white hat and this guy just to give you an idea these are his offers there we go we got cameras we got PP uh tire pressure pumps vacuums okay so white white hat stuff I'll do white hat so yeah to clarify like white hats like just great to Consumers the consumers enjoy it you're not doing what's called a forc trial where they get um you know subscribed to something that's charg their credit card every single month like those are the wh hat offers like something you'd see on Home Depot apple.com like really good offers you know cuz then one you're going to be able to keep your ad accounts cuz you're not going to get uh flagged secondly you can scale uh and three you're going to build a brand you're going to build a name and like people are going to keep buying from you so traffic is actually going to get cheaper for you versus more expensive because all the things with black cat you got to do so many other things just to keep your accounts Al then no one talks about right now is there money in there and of course there is there's a lot of tool companies here that are offering stuff for black hat Affiliates there you go so my goal is like run run white hat now if you're getting started and you're like oh what I need to do I'd say your key is focus you know focus on just one thing um you know one offer one platform start there don't think that you know Google or Amazon or the next one is better there's as they say you know like the green the grass looks greener on the other side but there's dog poop over there too so uh just uh just stay focused you know what you're doing and uh make a sale learn from it make another sale learn from that and keep scaling up you know so you didn't give us though the dgen purchase or the the purchase you maybe later regretted maybe times were good and you spent money on something
